I recently purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Traverse from IG Burton in Milford, DE. I would rate this purchasing experience as one of the best I have had. From the time I entered the sales area, everyone was very polite and willing to help but not pushy. They made sure I was happy with my choice and kept me apprised of the progress of the sale from the initiation of the paperwork through the final signatures. I 100% recommend IG Burton Milford. First visit was bumpy but the second one was great and they truly kept there promise on doing everything they can. CEO, COO, 2 Managers Mark & JB, finance Mark & salesman Tom were amazing. I love my Tahoe.

Worst service ever

Had my car for 3 weeks just to drain diesel and clean spark plugs. Tells me after 3 weeks they have to replace them and keeps the car 3 more days. Charges me 1000 dollars and sends my car out on empty. I couldn't even get a tank of gas. Mind you I purchased from GM and maintained my payments during the time I didn't have my car.

Awesome Experience at IG Burton

On Saturday 7/28/18, my family and I came into the dealership to look/buy a vehicle. Our Salesman, Rick Bruno, was more than accommodating on making sure we had a great experience. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and was very helpful on finding the right vehicle for us. During the buying process, his manager Edward Reeder came over to greet our family and introduced himself. The staff was very family friendly with my two kids and made the purchase process very smooth. I recommend IG Burton dealerships to all of my friends and family!
