My beautiful GTI Autobahn was struck by a texting driver and totaled. Not only was I traumatized by the accident, I was depressed at the loss of my vehicle. I thought I would never be able to replace it. I searched through 35 web pages and found Champagne Motor Car Company. I have never done business with them before, but saw that they had the car I was looking for! After speaking with Fernando in sales, Kevin in finance, I was overwhelmed with their level of understanding, compassion, and honesty. They kindly worked with me through the process of settling my insurance claim, securing the car I wanted from their lot, and truly acted like friends trying to help me through a bad situation, rather than salesmen trying to sell me a car! They assured me that the car I was interested in was all they claimed it to be, it was and more! I want all reading this to know that this is the place to go for an automotive purchase! I drove nearly 100 miles to get to them and the experience was fabulous! I met the owner Ken, and he treated me like a friend he has known for years! Even Kendra, who I did not meet, handled all my paperwork in registering the car with the utmost professionalism, and courtesy. Joe helped me get into a car and was very patient and helpful throughout the process. Took the time to explain things and didn't pressure me into anything. He made sure I got into a car that I absolutely wanted and was happy with. Very honest and kind and all the cars seem to be in great conditions. You can tell they care about their customers. As someone who typically buys a new vehicle every two years, I have dealt with more dealerships than I can count. The team at Champagne Motor Car has been by far the best experience I have ever had. My fiance had one rule for her new vehicle, it had to be ALL BLACK and Champagne had the perfect car. I visited the dealership one day after work and immediately felt comfortable. The setting is relaxed, sales team does not posses any of the typical car salesman tactics and "pushiness" and they have an incredible inventory. Recently my family had a 19 year relationship with another local dealer fall to pieces due to new/poor management. That being said, I have turned everyone I know towards CMC for their future purchases. George was exceptional, and I would recommend him to everyone! To take that a step further, all the guys at Champagne were kind, professional and helpful! The process was fast. They hid nothing, and without being asked, their team replaced things they noticed needed to be replaced. They want their used cars to be like new when they drive off the lot, and don't pull the "its used, what do you expect" card like so many other dealers. You can tell they take pride in their work and the team is truly a team with little separation between sales and service...something I appreciate. It is apparent Champagne WANTS to provide exceptional service for their customers as if they were family. At Champagne they go above and beyond to make their customers happy. We have already began looking at a new vehicle for myself, and I can say with confidence, we no longer look at other dealers as we have no plans of purchasing anywhere else but Champagne Motor Cars! Good inventory of cars. Able to locate them online and research their inventory. Got there without an appointment but they were quick to assist. Our sales guy, Joe, was patient and took us on multiple test drives with the same car to test out all the features. The haggling for price was an entertaining experience and involved a coin toss as well. The purchase and delivery of the car was a smooth experience. We will definitely recommend them to our friends.

Overall, I have purchased three different vehicles from Champagne Motorcar. It's been a pleasure to work with Ernie and Joe who are two of the best salesman I have ever met. They're both easy to talk to, very helpful and very responsive if I have questions or concerns. As far as finances and contracts go, that process is completely stress-free. Ken and his team run numbers prior to the paperwork and everything matches and there are never any questions or surprises when the final signatures are needed. The reason I keep going back to Ken Champagne and his auto dealership to buy my vehicles is because it's a great experience. I feel like I'm treated fairly, with respect and when I drive off their lot, I feel like I got the deal I was looking for. Ken has found vehicles for me that are on spec to exactly what I wanted with the exact payment that I wanted to be at. Since I've had such a great experience each time I've worked with him, I constantly refer people to him. I tell people, your guaranteed to get a great vehicle at a fair price and you'll be treated very well without any pushy sales or complicated paperwork that makes little to no sense. I say, you'll walk in, get what you want, and leave feeling awesome! Every time I talk to someone who I referred to Ken and Champagne Motorcar, they always say thanks and I hear their stories about how they were able to find what they were looking for and how their payments are within their budget. So—I keep referring everyone I know to Ken and his awesome team because I think the experience is incredible and want to pass it forward. If you're looking for a vehicle and you want to deal with honest people, who are happy, who do their job and do it extremely well... and you want your finances to be exactly where you want them to be—then Champagne motorcar is definitely the place to go.

October 31st, Halloween 2016, I brought home a new 2013 Toyota RAV4 purchased from Champagne Motors in Mansfield, CT. Working with Gus was a delight. He was patient, insightful and paid attention not only to what I said but my reactions to each car I tried. And I tried many. I tried a Jeeps, Toyotas, Hondas, Fords, Mitsubishis, Hyundais and Subarus. It’s been over 10 years since I bought a new car so it was a challenge to find the perfect one. I had many parameters to fill, a budget to stick to and having such a large selection at Champagne made this car dealership the GO-TO place to try as many different models as I could. I did my homework. I researched cars in 7 different dealerships and spoke and met many different salesmen/women over a 3 week period of time. Many were nice and courteous but none held a candle to Gus at Champagne Motors. He has the patience of a saint and never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing him or bothering him with my many questions. With every car I researched, Champagne came out on top for price and quality. I used Cars.com, Carfax, Edmunds and CarGurus and every search showed the cars at Champagne at the top of the list for combination of price and mileage. His selection is by far the best. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and plan to bring my next car search back to their door. I’m sure I got much more for my money here than I would have going anywhere else. Here you will find superior customer service and overall car quality at a fair and honest price. Thank you Gus, and have I mentioned? I love my new car!

My wife and I came to Champagne Motorcar Company today and purchased a 2015 Honda Odyssey with the help of Joe. I can honestly say that this car buying experience was the best that I have ever had. I was not followed around the dealership, I was not talked to like I knew nothing about the process, and there simply was no pressure. In today's day and age most of the car buying process is started online. I had been looking for over a month and when I found this vehicle I knew it wouldn't last. It is refreshing to have a dealer in the area that is fair and treats people with respect. We even traded in our current vehicle, and we were offered exactly what I asked for it. No haggling, no back and forth with a manager, just a good process. Joe made the process extremely comfortable and was very attentive to our time. Kevin the finance manager was straight to the point, and attentive as well. I was pleasantly surprised when Joe said that they would deliver the car to us as well! Mind you we live about 45 minutes away. Champagne Motorcar Company is a diamond in the rough. I will be recommending this dealership when anyone asks me where to look for a quality vehicle and I look forward to making my next vehicle purchase here when the time comes. What a terrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Drove an hour and 20 minutes to look at this car. Told the salesman I wanted it. Offered a deposit and he told me just call him back to let him know I wanted the car. Called 5 times during the week to make sure the car was being serviced and I would be up Saturday to pick it up. Called Friday spoke to the owner he never even bothered to call me back after he told me he would check. Called Saturday morning to make sure the car was ready and he tells me someone else is looking at it. Halfway up on another 1 hour & 20 minute ride, he calls me back to tell the car was sold to someone else. What a terrilbe dealer and horrible way to do business. Told me his sales people need to feed their families. Guess it was ok to take the commission away from the salesman that sold me the car. What a TERRIBLE owner!!!!!!! I would never set foot in this dealership again.

Amazing staff. Friendly & respectful. Takes time with you.. My sales guy Joe was a very easy guy to talk to not pushy and he did not rush me, like other dealerships I've been to. Quick to respond back to you if you have any questions and will work with you on prices.. I highly recommend anyone looking/buying a car to try here. You won't regret it.
