Be careful what you buy, pick up every floor mat, check every nook and cranny .. I didn't and am paying for it...LITERALLY!

Julio Sosa and the rest of the staff that I dealt with were informative, patient and extremely helpful. I will recommend them to anyone who asks and probably buy another car from them in t he next 12-24 months. I have purchased several cars from Hoffman over the years. Very professional company.

Great experience!

We came to Hoffman to purchase a 4Runner because we had had such a great experience buying our Tacoma from them. We were not disappointed the second time either. Julio and his team didn't play games with the price and worked hard to get us the exact vehicle we wanted. Next time we buy a Toyota (maybe an FRS next??), we'll go to Hoffman again for sure.

Great customer care!

Over the course of 12 years I have worked exclusively with Hoffman Toyota and feel a sense of trust and mutual respect with sales person George Corsa. I love my new Rav 4 and I appreciate how smoothly the transaction went due to George's thoughtful and personalized attention. I know I can look forward to great service and body work from Hoffman should either be needed. There are other brands that interest me but I keep coming back to Hoffman where they take care of both the customer and the car.

2007 Camry XLE 3.5 ltr

Vehicle suddenly lost power and was running very rough. Check engine and VSC lights came on and I took the car overy to Mike Fitzgerald who was very helpful. Mike booked an appointment for the techs to check out the situation. They found a fouled spark plug caused the ignition coil for the cylinder to fail. I also had a fuel injection service, complete brake job and front end alignment . Everything was done professionally on time as per estimate. I am an automotive guy wirth over 50 years experience in the industry first as a line mechanic , then service adviser, followed by factory parts field manager for a well known major European OEM. I have four vehicles that are maintained like aircraft. I trust Hoffman to do it right the first time and every time. Mike Fitzgerald was truly great and treated me like family. I also have my Lexus and Mustang serviced by the Hoffman group.There are many choices when it comes to car service and some of the places use non OEM parts . Technical ability is number one on my list since you must get it rigjht the first time . Hoffman has never failed me in all the years I have been doing business here.

Excellent Experience!

It was my first time at Hoffman Toyota, as I have had recent terrible experiences with my dealership of 7 years. I made my appointment online and received a confirmation email as well as a reminder for my visit. I was greeted by Mike who was a familiar face from my previous dealership. Service was timely and Mike kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle. I even took advantage of the many coupon offers the dealer had as well. The waiting area is comfortable and has many amenities- free WiFi, coffee, plenty of seating area, computers etc. I will be back for future service appointments!

Larry Valetta is the Definition of Customer Focused

Excellent customer focused experience. It is always difficult buying a car these days when you have a career and family. I came into the dealership after work toward the end of the day last week ready to buy a car after doing some extensive research over the last few months with my family. The dealership was slow and it was toward the end of the day when most sales people would be counting the hours to quitting time. Instead, Larry promptly met me at the door and we began going over options and kicking the tires of a few 4 runners on the lot and test driving one, all in a very professional business like manner which I truly appreciated. The following day, Larry met with my wife to go over the 4 runners on the lot and options. In the end, we ended up getting the car that fit our needs by working directly with Larry and the sales people. Both I, my wife, and my family are very, very happy. I would recommend Larry without reservation to any professional, contractor, or company who needs to look at purchasing, leasing, or managing a fleet of vehicles. He will take the time to listen, and work to meet your needs, and think out side of the box all in a truly genuine and gentle manner.

Finally....a dealership that delivers what they promise!

As you may have deduced from the title, I've had a recent string of bad luck with a few service departments. I've owned plenty of both new and used vehicles over the years and up until recently had pretty good luck with repairs and service. Well, on the recommendation of a friend, I decided to bring my 2009 Mazda3 with 140,000 miles in to Hoffman Toyota. Mike Fitzgerald was great in helping to explain all my options regarding work that needed to be done. He even introduced m to Scott, the mechanic who would be doing all the work on my vehicle, and they both showed me where the problems were when we took a walk out to the garage. I'm happy to say that they delivered on everything they promised. The work was done in a timely manner, the prices were definitely fair, and a couple things turned out better than we had expected. It's never a bad thing to spend a few less $$ than you were expecting. :) After a few "misguided adventures", it's nice to know that I have a place I can trust with my car again. It's also a good feeling to be confident that I can get at least another 100,000+ out of this car with these guys watching out for me. Thanks Mike and Scott!

This is the third car that i've leased from Hoffman Toyota. As a single mom, negotiating a car can be a tough undertaking. However the entire staff is exceptional and honest. Hats off to salesman Jose Rivera ,GM Jose Espinosa, and Mike in finance. I LOVE my new 2015 Toyota Rav 4. Very friendly but poor service experience

Scheduled routine 35,000 mile service online, and 1) Was told they didn't have my paperwork when I arrived. Since this has occurred before, I showed the rep the print-out from their own reservation system....Turns out, this seems to be a known problem... Note to Hoffman: FIX it, or simply proactively print out the daily schedule rather than waste my time. 2)Discussed intermittent leak from the oil filter they had previously installed. Emphasized that the new filter must be properly seated/installed. 1 1/2 hours later found out they had not done an oil change, stating 'its not part of the service'. Really? After questioning, rep left and returned to say OOPS, oil change IS supposed to be done. ...Do it right the first time and stop pushing other stuff. Meantime, annoyed customer waits, no wifi or outlets.... 3) 2 hours into it... I'm directed to a window to sign paperwork and was informed my next service has been scheduled for 6 months from today, not, "May I set up your next appointment?" Note to Hoffman: I do not want you deciding when and where I will be 6 months from now. Nor is there any reason to believe I'll be at 40,000 miles in 182 days.. This is arrogance disguised as service efficiency and wastes my time cancelling and rescheduling. 4) Today they called to check if we'd brought in the vehicle for the service....They had no record of it! Really? What happens when we have an issue and they claim we did not do all the required service??? Uncredible. We made the mistake of buying an extended service contract from Hoffman, or I would not be taking the Toyota back to them in future.

Great Service and low prices

My Wife and I had been searching for a used SUV for a few weeks and found Hoffman Toyota had the lowest prices around, plus a very good selection of the RAV4 we were looking for. Salesman, Ed knew all there was to know about the car and was very pleasant to deal with, as was George and all the staff we worked with to finalize the purchase, complete with a bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind. We had a minor problem with a heater fan which Toyota fixed at no cost and gave the car a nice wash too. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. Mike

Dording Review

There is a difference between "good" customer service and "great" customer service. Time and time again, Mike Fitzgerald, along with his team, have provided that high level of service. My 2005 Sienna has definitely had its issues, but Mike has led the way to working with us on the best options available. And if Mike is not available, I know I can call Linda as well. I'm so impressed with the whole experience I've had with the people at Hoffman Toyota - from the initial test drive with Ed Crouse to "signing-on-the-dotted-line" with business manager Jamal. They were very thorough with the whole process every step of the way and very knowledgeable about the cars they sell. I've since had dealings with the parts dept. people as well and I've found them to be extremely helpful. I find nothing to be critical about or can even to suggest any way to improve their service, attitude or approach.

20,000 mile checkup on our Rav4. I completely forgot that we had previous trouble with the glove compartment box. Mike Fitzgerald remembered and replaced the glove box for us. Nice surprise!
