Low Stress and Pleasant Sales Experience

I've dealt with a lot of dealerships and I can say without reservation that Hoffman Nissan is one of the best. Kevin is a fantastic salesperson - very professional, low pressure, knows his stuff, is fun to deal with, plus he gave me a very good deal. He took his time with me, answered a zillion questions and even let me test drive the car to my house to see if it would fit in my garage (and it did!). When he didn't have a model with the exact options I wanted, he located one at another dealership and had it delivered in only a few days. I lucked out because I got a 2017.5 with upgraded standard features at no extra cost. Kevin introduced me to their service manager and I felt very welcome by all. I would recommend Kevin and this dealership without reservation.

Car troubles fixed fast

The service at this nissan dealership is spectacular!! I always feel welcome and everyone is extremely kind, and ready to help. I came in today without setting up an appointment and Rocky Subramani made time for me in his busy schedule. I was very happy when he got on top of my car trouble and made it possible to fit me in. He was extremely thorough and even found time to change the oil in my car! I really recommend this place to anyone. As a new driver with my first car, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Hoffman Nissan. Go look for Rocky! he is awesome! within an hour my car was fixed and works perfect. Thank you Rocky Subramani!!

Few days after I purchased the car, I had to take it back to the dealership because it showed a transmission problem. They took care of everything. They worked fast and all the employees were very polite, friendly, and honest.

Superb Service

I have been bringing my Nissan Rogue (I bought from Hoffman Nissan) for routine maintenance since purchasing and am very pleased with the service. They are accommodating with scheduling, courteous and super friendly when dropping off. Upfront on pricing which I consider a huge plus because surprises on a bill are a no go for me. So far, both time and pricing estimates have been spot on. The courtesy car wash is a much appreciated bonus.

Hoffman Nissan is a great place to service your car. Service Advisor Justin Derench is top notch and the most helpful person there. He explains the options honestly and throughly. You may pay more to have your car serviced at a dealer but you're not going to waste your time waiting for parts to arrive .. They get the job done.

I was very pleased with my experience at Hoffman Nissan only due to the sales person I was able to work with, Mark Kline. Mark was very down to earth, no pressure, forthright, and honest with me. He was committed to getting it right for me and I appreciate that. This purchase was a little bit last minute, making it a stressful week and Mark was able to alleviate that with his assistance. I can't finish this review without mentioning my disappointment in their detailing services, however. No matter how big or small of a sale for the dealership, I wanted to drive off with a perfect vehicle and was unable to. The car will be going back to be detailed again. Mark knows of this and is working to correct it for me another reason I am giving this rating five stars for him.

Took car in for 3500 mile servicing and to replace a headlight bulb which had burned out. Mechanic review indicated a need to replace front brakes. Work was authorized and performed. I have noted improved braking capability.

Sam is an outstanding salesman and person. He understands customer service and is very sincere. Upon delivery of my car, he showed us all the tech of the car and he was clear and concise in doing so. His attention to detail was not missed by us. In fact, I saw him take the time to wipe the car inside and out and it was already clean before that. When he walked in he thought I was signing papers in an office so he did not know I even noticed what he did. He made no mention of what he did. That is a good salesman and a humble person. A guy who goes above and beyond without asking for recognition. The same can be said about Billy G. The whole family from my parents on own a nissan because of that guy. He is more than fair, gracious and keeps his promises. He walks you through everything so there are no financial surprises. He even contacted me on his day off when he learned I had a concern. I have to say that we have friends at hoffman nissan. Billy has become a good friend of the family. In his hands, you will go home with a car you wanted. He makes sure of that. The people at nissan are not just in the business of selling cars...they are equally invested in fostering trusting relationships with their clients. A+++++. Outstanding

OUTSTANDING

I worked with Justin during my most recent service appointment. I didn't have to wait when I dropped off my car. He was ready to help me as soon as I pulled in. He walked me through each service that was going to be performed and answered all my questions. When the service was done he called me and e-mailed me a report of the diagnostics. He walked me through what each meant and was able to correct each issue the same day avoiding me having to bring my car back at a later time. Once the car was complete he called me. When I arrived he walked me through each service and showed me how I came in under the quoted price saving me money. Justin was very thorough and easy to work with. He was knowledgeable and efficient. I truly appreciated the price reduction and the fact all issues were taken care of at once. It was a relief to know I wasnt going to have to arrange for my car to be dropped off again and have more work done to it. Thank you Justin!!

Used to go to one of those fast lube places but Hoffman Nissan is just as reasonable and I don't get high pressure sales pitch; they bring things to my attention but if it's not a safety issue and I choose to postpone repair/replacement, they're fine with that.

Our Salesman, Mark K, was wonderful to deal with. He was a no pressure kind of guy and listened to all of our concerns.
