Our salesman Ozzie was really helpful when we came in to look at used Mercedes and BMWs. We expected to be pushed towards Volvo models, since it is a Volvo store, but he asked a lot of questions as we toured the lot, and helped us rule a number of things in and out to narrow our list. Cliff, the manager, was extremely easy to talk to, and answered every question we had about where their used cars came from and how they calculate their asking prices. We're still deciding between two cars at this point, but we do know that we'll make the purchase at this store.
