A great company and a great expereince!

I had the pleasure of working with Mike Bennett and his supervisor (who is also the owner). Mike was curious, kind, helpful, trusting, and most importantly trustworthy. He simply couldn’t have been better! I got a great 2014 Honda CRV that was at a very fair price, and they offered me an equally fair price for my trade-in. They were never aggressive, just supportive and helpful every step of the way. I felt zero amount of pressure from them. Essentially, they were just all around nice people who never treated me any differently because I’m a woman. Plus, I was proud to have purchased my car from this Veteran owned business. Thank you, Highline for a wonderful car buying experience!

BUYERS BEWARE

Purchased a 2013 Toyota Avalon Limited, found out the the next day the vehicle had STRUCTIOAL DAMAGE! I went the very next day hoping they would buy the car back which they didn't, they provided a fake history report from auto check! BUYERS BEWARE AND CHECK CARFAX REPORT BEFORE BUYING A VEHICLE HERE! I am now in touch with DMV dealer repairs and also the general attorney adminstions because they did not disclose the vehicle had structural damage, the car shakes on the highway it's really unfair of them to not disclose that the vehicle had structural damage! They will soon be hearing from DMV and the general attorney office since they don't want to buy the car back, I spend over $20k on a vehicle that is unsafe to drive, BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP

I guess we got a lemon, no one can seem to figure out what's wrong. Luckily I can afford to dig myself out of this hole. For other victims of this dealer, I'm no sure.

Stay Away, Very Underhanded

It was good in the beginning, but ultimately like all you car dealers, they do whatever they can to get over on you. I dealt with Charlie, when I called the dealership a couple of days later asking about the trade I had made, they sais it was still on the lot. I was told that I would get a call back. When I called back 2 hours later the car had already been taken from the lot. No one called me back. I got a couple of weak apologies and a lot of typical used car dealer attitude and BS. All I was a call back so I could retrieve some stuff before they shipped the car. Additionally like most used car dealers, this interest and fees you'll pay a lot for your vehicle so be prepared to pay it off quick so you don't get totally screwed. It's better to go with a certified dealer if you can. A little honesty and courtesy go a long way.

Terrible

Purchased a vehicle from Charlie and he was so terrible it was hard to believe. Sold the vehicle without the lock to the lugs and also gave me a hard time to rectify the issue. They always beat you up on your trade in and they aren't very personable. They are only about the mighty dollar and treat the customer like they aren't important. I would never walk on that terrible dealership ever agin. [non-permissible content removed]

Exactly how used car buying should be...

I purchased a 2008 Honda Civic from Highline back in August. The lot had a tremendous selection regardless of what you're in search of. At first I arrived and browsed around for a while before going inside. Other than a couple polite offers to help there was no one swarming me or pressuring me about what I was looking for or what I wanted to spend etc. I finally went inside and it was so simple. They understand that this is a business like any other. They want to make a decent living and I wanted to buy a reliable vehicle worth the price assigned to it. No messing around or being persuaded this way and that. They're here to put you in the car you chose. And they'll do everything in their power to insure the car is in the condition they have advertised. I chose the car I wanted and initiated the purchase through my bank. Now there was a discrepancy on my banks end that Highline didn't have to take any part in. But Lou being experienced and having encountered this issue before, got on the phone and made it happen. I head out and I'm good to go. I a few days later I noticed some sway and bounce in the rear of the vehicle. I called to speak to the shop and they checked my purchase agreement which had no warranty. they were not liable to service my car. Now in used cars there are a myriad of things tat can be wrong and even the most skilled mechanic could miss it. The integrity is in how you handle something noticed. Lou had me bring the car in and they replaced the rear suspension for free. Now every situation is unique of course, but I was blown away. Now here I am 6 months later and I love my car. it's needed nothing but oil changes. Thanks you Highline Car Connection!

A painless experience

I was a little hesitant coming here because the online feed back was sub-par to say the least but they had a Chevy Volt I wanted for about a grand less than anywhere else. I spoke with Lou about the car and their service advisor Dan and they seemed to know their stuff and didn't try to rush me or anything like that. They were upfront about all the work that had to have been done before hand and it's history (it had been in an accident) but it drove like a dream. I had my mechanic look at it right after driving off the lot and he said everything looked good so I figured I'd share my story because it didn't end up being like all those other horror stories people had.

Great service

The salesman and entire team at the dealership worked with me to meet my needs and I am very overjoyed with my new suburu outback. They took there time trying to find me the right vehicle because I am having twins and need space, but wasn't looking for anything gigantic. The suburu outback is very spacious and is perfect for me and twins. The dealership overall has a huge selection of vehicles to pick from. The facility is very clean and everyone is so helpful. I would highly recommend buying a car from Highline Car Connection you won't be disappointed. Parise
