an amazing experience

words cannot explain what a fantastic experience we had at Key Hyundai this past weekend. my wife and i were looking to reduce our car payment and grade up to a newer car. Went in and spoke with Jeff and Jill Merriam, owners of key haundai, this was our 4th car we purchased from them. They were amazing in helping us get the payment we needed and the car we wanted. From the beginning to the end the process was easy, friendly, professinal, we were treated unlike any car dealer we had ever been to. Everyone we encounted was very friendly, kind, and did everything they could to make this a great experience. We did have a bump in the road in the past, but what we have learned is that Jill is there to make it right if something goes wrong or a mistake is made. All you have to do is call and ask for her and she is willing to sit down and listen to what you have to say. and make it right. How many can say that about any other car dealer? To sit down with the owner of the dealership, after 25 years of buying cars, i have never encountered this. So go down to Key Hyundai and see what they can do for your situation. every car sale is different and sometimes things happen. Give them a chance. You will not regreat it.

Had stopped in several times and was helped by the sales person who was extremely friendly & knowledgable. On one of my later visits, I found the salesman had been promoted to sales manager. He continued to help and eventually closed the deal. The sales associate was a pleasure to work with through the doccumentation process. It was good car buying experience!

Great dealer, good experience.

When I knew what I wanted I got it. I called telling Key Hyundai what I wanted, they found the right match for me, got the paper work worked out, and worked with me and my bank to make sure everything was right and got my car within a few hours. A few of the Employees even stayed about 2 hours after close to wait for me to get there and sign all my paper work to get me the car that night rather then the next day.

great experience buying used car

I have to say this experience blew me away. Found the 2007 Hyundai Sonata I was looking for on autotrader.com. They were one of the cheaper ones so I thought it would be too good to be true. Called and got some kind of customer service lady on the phone - she was really professional and knowledgeable. She answered my questions and scheduled my appt. Car was totally ready when i got there and my sales guy, Ed was amazing. they didn't give me any of the "oh that car was sold last week" crap and I was able to negotiate a bit on the price and got their free tires, battery program with it. Had a couple of small issues with the car and all were addressed before i took the car home. Key Hyundai of Manchester really amazed me- great car, great price and great customer service. would really recommend checking them out
