I was connected to the TFL team through a family friend. My previous dealer was not being responsive, and for various reasons I wanted to get a deal done quickly. The team, led by CEO Anthony Vultaggio, was efficient, responsive and a pleasure to work with. I placed my first inquiry at 6pm on a Friday, and we had a deal closed before noon on that Saturday. The team is well rounded, and I worked with the CEO, CFO and Executive Sales Manager, all of whom I spent with individually. Each were credible individuals, very customer oriented, great listeners and put forward a great, professional effort. I would strongly recommend this dealer/team to anyone interested in purchasing/leasing a Ford/Lincoln. I plan to be a repeat customer. There aren't many car dealerships operated like entrepreneurial companies with speed, efficiency, pricing power and professionalism. Torrington Ford Lincoln is a premier dealer run by a premier team.

My family and I have bought more cars then I care to guess from Torrington Ford Lincoln, first we only dealt with Mark Hoxie but when Mark became a manager so many years ago he introduced us to Richard/ Buddha. We will only deal with them and know soooo many others who feel the same.They are straight and honest and always do what they say they will. Thanks again Mark and Rich!

Fantastic!! We just purchased a new 2011 Ford Edge which the salesman, Dave Minor, spent a great deal of time searching for and successfully locating in Pennsylvania. The car exceeds our expectations and we are delighted. More importantly, both Dave Minor and Mark Hoxie, who arranged all the financing, could not have been more accommodating or more helpful.They were both very easy to deal with and made it a pleasure to do business there. We wil certainly buy our future cars at Torrington Ford. Thanks so much. It is refreshing to do business with people of integrity. In addition, the service that they have provided us in the past has been exceptional.

I was exceptionally pleased with the professional service of this dealership and in particular, Rich Decker. We had gone to 4 dealerships in search of the best price for a Ford Escape and got it at Torrington Ford. We got exactly what we wanted and FAST. Rich took the time and effort to find us the options, color and perfect car in just a few days, travelling himself to obtain just the car we wanted at an exceptional price. He really went the extra mile. In fact, we traveled from Hartford even though there were several dealers in our area in order to get the price and service that this dealership and Rich offered. My wife and I purchased a 2011 Ford Escape in October from Torrington Ford. After researching pricing and contacting numerous dealerships, Torrington Ford offered the best prices, and were the best dealership to do business with. Rich Decker went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle exceeded our expectations. Mark Hoxie, the business manager, is professional and honest about the options available to the consumer without trying to force any unnecessary purchases. Hats off to Torrington Ford! We were extremely satisfied with our experience with Torrington Ford. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I just purchased another vehicle. I went to a different dealership looking, didn't like their attitute. I went to Torrington Ford as I had purchased there before. Rich Decker was great to work with. They didn't have the exact vehicle I wanted in their inventory and he search and found the the one I wanted. In two days I was driving my new car. Rich and all the sales team at Torrington Ford were great to work with, they made this purchase pleasant. I would recommend Torrington Ford to anyone.

Never bothered to give Me a price even thou it said on the ford site get internet price. I went to the website of torrington ford probably the worst ive seen annoying pop ups and little content other than pictures. dont waste your time with this dealership all they do is try and get you to come in. I also drove though the dealership and they have a very bad selection. My brother went there to lease a car and the price was $120 more than the ford ad. Don't waste your time with this place!

I hate when I read reviews that are just not true. As a loyal Torrington Ford customer for years, I have always received follow up from Richie and the gang over there. I have bought numerous cars from Torrington Ford and will continue in the future. They are always willing to go the extra mile and help me find the right car. They even stayed after one day for my delivery as my business had delayed me and I was in a bind. Give this dealer a shot and you will be pleasantly surprized. I have send numerous friends to Torrington Ford, and will continue to.

I contacted Torrigton Ford both by email and phone as I wanted to purchase a new 2009 F150. They neither emailed or called me back. I subsequently purchased a new 2009 F150 from another dealer. How somebody can stay in business in these times without contacting a possible sale is beyond me. Torrington Ford lost out on an order that approached $45,000 (my cost).
