Absent the wait for the color choice, from first to last Mark S. was a joy to deal with. The initial discussion and follow -up went very favorably and the ending tutorial on pickiing up the car was extremely helpful. Really good stuff.

A Fair Trade for a Great New Car

I just leased my first new car, a 2013 Jetta SE. I was given a good value for my 2001 Jetta GLX, and the new car is fantastic. I didn't get my first choice of color, but black is always classic. I'm grateful to my salesman, Mark, and the business manager, Jessie, for making everything easy.

Worked with the owner of Curran VW - Jim - to purchase my new VW Golf TDI. He responded to all of our inquiries quickly, and gave us the best deal out of six dealerships. They got me the exact car I wanted. Great experience overall! Thank you.

The owner ripped me off

It was the worst experience in 30+ years of car buying. I dealt directly with the Owner and I have all of the relevant details of my claims in writing. He misrepresented the offer before the purchase and then denied all ownership of his mistake claiming he was Just following VW Corporate directions, costing me an additional $ 300.00 in unexpected fees. Then, *Delivered the vehicle without mats and trunk liner. * Delivery representative has no knowledge of the cars features' and could not even set the clock or attempt to answer more complicated questions such as fuel tank capacity, MPG , air bag locations * Returned to the dealership at 40 miles R/T and received the car mats and trunk liner from a car on the showroom floor. Not even an apology * To this day I cannot believe that VW corporate would approve this rogue dealers actions but apparently they do as he forwarded my complaints to them and I have received no contact from anyone at VW Beware
