poor dealership experience

On my visit to Minchin Buick, I was attempting to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I had a very nice vehicle to trade in and had already found what the trade in value was prior to going to Minchin. I drove over an hour to get to the dealership. I was offered $3,500 lower for my vehicle on a trade in then what the book value was. I had been to several other dealerships, which had all been within a couple hundred dollars of each other, for the trade in price. Minchin had a vehicle on the lot for sale, which was the same model, but with less options then mine, same condition, but 2 years newer, 20k less mileage then mine. This vehicle was selling for $9000 more then what they offered for my trade in. Anyone interested in a vehicle at Minchin, please beware!!!
