FRAUD

WARNING! Do not buy a car from these people. I purchased a car from them and after 5 or 6 days we noticed some issues. This dealership refused to fix any parts that may be bad but not at absolute failure. So we brought the car to be looked at by a different national dealership. Come to find out the car had been in an accident and was very noticeable to the company reviewing the car. It had several aftermarket and used parts. The car only has 47,00 miles on it. We were told when purchasing the car that it had a clean Car Fax and was not in any accidents. So one of two things happened. They lied to us about it being in an accident, which is FRAUD. Or they are NOT QUALIFIED to recognize that it was in an accident and should not be in business if that were the case. BE CAREFUL if you do buy from them but I recommend you STAY AWAY!

Great service and a nice certified pre-owned car

Robin Sloop, the Sales Consultant, found me just the right car at just the right price. The General Manager, Jeffrey Brown, found me great financing. I drove home the same day in a beautiful certified pre-owned Buick.

From the moment I spoke with a sales associate on the phone and walked through their doors, my experience with Saybrook Buick GMC has been phenomenal. They were very kind, friendly, and professional. When looking at cars and discussing pricing they didn't make me feel stupid; they worked hard as a team (huge shoutout to Sales Consultants Susan Pollack and Robin Sloop and owner Tom Pipoli!!) to ensure that I would be able to afford a car that would work for my wants and needs. After shopping around at other car dealerships (only reason I went somewhere else is because I've always been taught to shop around for anything), I noticed their lack of professionalism and overall not care about me but care more about the sale attitude. I didn't get that from anyone at Saybrook Buick GMC. So a few months later I went back to Saybrook Buick GMC mostly for the fact that I knew I could be honest with them and trust them to truly watch out for me. They had my best interest and needs in mind from the beginning, and were not wanting to just screw me over as most car dealerships do. It has been an absolute pleasure doing business with them and I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a car, who is trading in a car, or simply needs a friendly hello and cup of coffee.

Absolute [non-permissible content removed]....looked me straight in the eye and told me property tax included in lease payment...and I asked at least 5 times. When I complained they faxed me a phony document. Spoke with Sales Manager and his response was "hey you signed the contract." If you buy from these guys expect to pay more and be taken advantaged of. I'll never buy from these guys again.
