Painless Experience!
by 12/16/2012
onI bought a 2012- 200 back in August. Dealt with Bob & Gregg(mgr). Highly recommend these people. Tim & Roy from service are top self. Well treated, great follow-up after the sale. The Oil change every 3 months is a great item along with a super full tank of gas upon pickup. Couple issues with my Smartphone(me not so smart) and the Uconnect . Service really shined! I will give them another opportunity in 30 months to sell me another new vehicle.

LOYAL FALVEY CUSTOMER FOR 14 YEARS....
by 09/06/2011
onI have purchased 5 new Jeeps from Falvey's over the course of 14 years. Two Cherokees, a Liberty, a Patriot & a Grand Cherokee. The first four were from the NL Dealership which has since closed. My latest purchase was a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. My salesman was so knowledgeable about the vehicle that he gave me a tour of the vehicle from back to front & inside out before we went for a test drive. He was able to handle every question & made the buying experience enjoyable. I never once felt pressured. On the day I picked up the vehicle he also reviewed the manual and once again asked if I had any questions. (At this point the sale was complete, yet he still made sure I knew everything about the vehicle) I chose another Jeep because I have had success with all of my others & I chose Falvey's because of the dealership & service dept. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I highly recommend them!

Avoid Falvey Motors
by 08/23/2011
onAvoid Falvey Motors! They sold me a used car with a broken speaker system and completely refuse to fix it even after I reported the failure the same day as the purchase. Do not trust that they will stand behind the products they sell; I didn't and now I'm out several hundred dollars to fix it myself.

Only fair

onI bought a used pickup from Falvey's and was promised the brakes had been redone. Well, half of them were. When my mechanic tried getting the rear tires off he said they were rusted on and hence that axle's brakes could not have been redone, although the front axel's were. I also found the sales process intimidating. My salesman was nice, but as soon as you're hooked, the [violative content deleted] come in and the high pressure starts. I was insulted by the sales manager's question "you're not going to lowball me with $10,000, are you?" And I was. I had to pull a "gee, maybe I should talk with my wife..." to get his attention back to who's in control. Either way, whether you squeeze them for an extra $500 off or not, or they squeezed you for an extra $500 because you really wanted the truck bad, you feel like taking a shower when you get home. I avoid dealership service and use a local mechanic. He charges the same $95 hourly rate, but he doesn't charge book rates, only actual time incurred. And I can run into his shop with an urgent problem without getting the "you don't have an appointment?" runaround.
