Still The Best

We started going to Gallagher when we first were married well over 20 years ago, and it's just not like your ordinary car dealership. You are treated like a friend from the start, not like a dollar sign, and that has never changed, even though they have sadly gone through some major loss, that family and friend atmosphere remained, largely due to the fact that you see the same familiar faces and smiles, which is huge these days, not to mention that they do great work (body shop, detailing) and sales, who also give us very fair pricing and values, and service, which often tries to fit us in on a moments notice, and are very kind when we are late...just a great group of people, can't say enough. Thanks for all of the years, and many more to come Heidi L.

What a great truck! My children and I are so happy with the appearance and engineering from GMC. You made the purchase gentle and efficient. The fact that I could pick out the truck I wanted on the website and supply you with all documentation prior to coming to the dealership; fit my needs exactly. I didn't tell you when you delivered me the truck, but I used to be in the business. In the late 90's I had a company AutobyInternet.com that helped revolutionize car buying. Obviously, Gallagher Autos has embraced the future of auto sales and that makes purchases easy for us consumers. I would also mention having to spend only ten minutes to complete the transaction with your finance and insurance man, Frank, was perfect. Everything was explained and I got a great deal. Additionally, that your owner, Mike Gallagher, took time to say hello and make sure my purchase was a great one; shows how important the customer is a Gallagher Autos. Our experience at gallahgers was by far one of the best in purchasing a vehicle . My wife and I shopped in our local area (springfield ma.) first the sales person we had was more interested in texting on his phone than selling a truck. I found Gallagher on the gmc web and took the 1-1/2 hour drive. When we arrived we noticed that the dealership was about to close, we actually met and shook the owners hand and he introduced us to his sales person Frank P. and kept the store open for us while we looked at inventory , test drove, and worked numbers. Frank took time showed us the truck inside and out he was very thorough!! There was no pressure and we told him the budget we had. Frank called us up after talking to his manager the following day and said the truck was ours. I will definitely come back for my next purchase.
