Great service dealership

I have been purchasing cars form this dealership since 2010 and Naz have helped me through all my purchases. He is a great guy, he is like family. Yes I would recommend Napoli Nissan to all my family and friends. Other customers should know about this dealership.

Hook on Napoli service department

I went to get my routine oil change, and to be honest, the service department and the service technician whose name is Omar was very professional, detailed and courteous. I love the technology that Napoli incorporated while you’re in the waiting room. They send you a text with a video which shows you the technician working on you car and this new feature is awesome.

STAY AWAY!!

My friend and I drove up from NEW YORK to go see a Plymouth Classic car as we walked into Napoli Auto Mall today to go look at Plymouth classic car. The sales person unhooks the rope at the entrance of the classic car section so we can walk in to view the car. Only One minute passes as we're looking at the car and he tells us that we have to come via an appointment with the owner only. I asked them why did he let us through in the first place? I've come here in the past with no appointment. Did this new rule just take effect as of a minute ago?! Obviously the dealership stereotyped us without knowing anything about us, how much money I make, what I do for a living, credit worthiness, or how serious I was in buying a classic car (I already owned a classic car already and was looking to trade it in for another one). So he kicked us out which I've never encountered before it was very rude uncivil and very unprofessional. I will never step foot into any Napoli dealership again and I advise you to never deal with these unprofessional people ever again! Deal with people that appreciate your patronage and hard-earned money and that won't judge you as soon as you walk in. Buyer beware!!!!!

Shady

This place is run by a lot of shady people... To start I never write negative reviews and rarely complain, but I was ripped off here too many times and I would hate for anyone to go through this experience. Please go somewhere else that will you treat you with respect. The service department is not kind. I had an appointment ahead of time for service/oil change in September. When I arrived I was greeted in not a kind way. I was told I never made an appointment. Well I have the evidence on my phone, I guess it's my fault for not documenting who I talked to. I even showed him my reminder email for my appointment. He brushed it off and said I would have to wait 1.5-2 hours. On a more recent occasion I brought my car back in for service because I noticed my low tire pressure light was on. I walked out of there spending 1,000+ dollars.It turns out they sold us the car with the break pads already worn down to almost the illegal limit. It was off by .2mm. In addition, even though I have only drive 2,000 miles since purchasing the car there were major issues with the rotors as well that should never have popped up in 6 months. Now, I should have been MUCH more attentive when buying the car, but I was told that everything was in good shape and that the tires where in great shape by the sales rep. When we talked to the sales rep later he said, that stuff isn't up to me to know. Well how can someone like that sell you a car....Also, when my fiance and I talked with a manager, he even admitted to the wrong doing and tried to start fighting with us... Not our style. We will not be giving them our business anymore. There was a lot of shady stuff like that with the other things wrong with car. We were also insulted by a service staff member, but I really don't want to share that comment on here. It was really upsetting. After this experience and talking to others who know of Napoli Motors, we've heard similar stories from them. I would hate for anyone to have to deal with any of this, please go somewhere else. I don't know why there are in business.

My daughter bought a Mazda C9 from them. She picked the C9 over a nicer Nissan Murano because the C9 had a DVD player. Well the DVD player doesn't work. The problems started a few days later when the car was suppose to be picked up, they called her at work that the car had to be picked up right away or the loan for the car was not going to be available. She had to leave work early and get her boss mad at her to pickup the car. when she got there she found out the paper work was not ready, the salesman had lied to her because he wanted to leave early that day. She traded her car in for the C9 so she took the C9 home without proper paperwork.Take notice this is a young 23 year old Single mom with 3 young kids that they are taking advantage off. When she got home she found out that they actually gave her $500 less for her car than was agreed so she actually financed &500 more. Then she finds out the DVD doesn't work. They claim they do 100 plus inspection on all their cars. Well they didn't. The emissions was due on the car she had to have it done. The drivers window was bad, the brakes needed to be done right away, the tires were worn, they said that she would get a loaner car if repairs were needed. well that was a lie also. They deducted $350 for the spare key for the car she traded in without her agreeing to it, but they had lost the spare key to the C9 she purchased. After about 1 month of going back and forth they agreed to fix the DVD and gave her a Mini car to use. Well they called her and said they were not going to fix the DVD, the selling point of this car. They then went to her job and took the loaner car without returning her unrepaired car so she was stranded 45 minutes from home and no way to pick her kids up at day care. I'm sure there is more to it but I can't think of it now. I can't believe they have a dealership license in Connecticut. More to follow since it's not over. Feel free to contact me for more info. Amazing Service

From the moment we walked onto the lot I felt like a person not just a credit score number. Kevin K was the salesman that we had the pleasure to deal with. I was never looked at in a negative way. He didn't try to tell me what I wanted to hear he was honest it was very refreshing. He gave us all the possible options and out comes. This is my first brand new car and my credit was going to be a large factor but he made sure I was comfortable but at the same time well informed. The finance manager that we work with was also the same way. I knew walking into Napoli that even though I wasn't a 800 score and a slam bunk sale. That they wanted to go the extra mile and do everything they could to get me into a car. Getting that phone call from Kevin the next day was one of the most exciting days of my life. Thank you to everyone at Napoli Nissan who was evolved that day.

Questionable Business Ethic

Called Napoli Nissan on a Friday at 3:40pm and spoke to an internet consultant by the name of Sherry. I told her I was interested in a white 2009 Nissan Maxima with leather interior. I asked if the vehicle was still available before I took the drive there seeing that they're located over an hour away from where I was coming from. She replied that the car was still available and so I told her that I would be there in a hour or so pending traffic. Already frustrated after getting stuck in 45 minutes of traffic and arriving at 5:30pm, the on the floor sales consultant that I was introduced to told me that the car was sold. I mentioned that I called less than 2 hours earlier and I was told that the vehicle was still available. I told him I specifically asked so that it would not be a waste of my time, gas, or money. The sales consultant had no answer for me aside from that fact that he wanted to sell me another car. This is a classic example of another dealer's shady business ethic, always trying to bait and switch a weary customer by just trying to get them in the door. WARNING, please don't give your business to any dealership such as Napoli Nissan that only has their best interest in mind.

deceptive dealer practices

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! My 16 YEAR OLD daughter recently bought a used car from Napoli Nissan. AFTER signing all the papers and paying for the car, they gave her the KEY. Only one key-the valet key which cant operate the remote door locks. When I asked the salesman about other keys he said he would find them and get them to us. Well after several phone calls to the salesman and the sales manager, we were told that because it was an "as is" car there was no money to be put into getting us replacement master keys. The cost for the keys is $800! They should have revealed this information before the sale of the car! BUYER BEWARE-THEY ARE DISHONEST AND SHADY!!
