Worth the Wait!!!

I ordered my GR86 from Al Gonzalez in late March of 2022 and they were the only Toyota Dealership I could find that was not charging "Market Adjustment". They stayed in touch with me and were very patient when I was calling to check the status of my order even though the supply chain issues made it impossible to predict when I would receive my car. I picked it up recently and Al and the rest of the team could not have made the entire process any less stressful. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Middletown Toyota and it will not be the last. Thanks very much for all of your help and having the integrity to be one of the few dealerships out there not price gouging.

Amazing people for an amazing experience

I worked with Victor (sales) and Lukas (finance) for my time at Middletown Toyota. I came from NY and we were able to make a deal over the phone before I even made it to the dealership. They also gave me top dollar for my trade-in. Victor was extremely professional as well as down to earth. Not 1 bit of pushy whatsoever. And Lukas was able to provide the best options that made sense for me, after he listened to me. That's right, a finance guy that listens and cares about his customers. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Flexible and efficient

Staff was pleasant and efficient. I didn't have to wait long at all for an oil change and new battery. They took my car early. I originally had a 6 p.m. oil change appt. but when I started my car that morning and it was dead, they said I could come in earlier. After I got my car jumped it was close to 8:30 a.m. when they took my car and I was out by 9:30 a.m.

Good customer relations

Good customer relations. I once had oil consumption issue. They did the test and my car failed. They set me up for repair and also gave me a loaner. Job done was excellent.
