Amazing Service

I came there on 10/17/15 not really knowing what to expect due to my credit not being all that great. However, I still went out and saw the car that I wanted and my sales rep Edwin said, "Lets go inside to see what we can do!" For some reason I had a really good feeling that I was going to get exactly what I wanted. We waited awhile while they worked their magic with the banks trying to get me approved. To make a long story short, they got me approved with little to nothing down!!!! I drove off the lot with a 2016 Hyundai Elantra!!!! My experience was one of the best experiences buying a car EVER!!!!!! Thank you to Edwin and Walter Cloud for getting me into my beautiful red baby. I named her "Candy", Lol!!

I recently bought a new Sonata from Meriden Hyundai and found it to be a pleasant experience. The salesman was not pushy and I actually enjoyed his honesty and candor. I bought a car I didn't think I could afford and after three visits and pitting another dealership against Meriden Hyundai for price, I chose them and a Sonata GLS. My original contact was with their On-line people and all my price haggling was done on line and by phone. This was great because I was able to do it at my convenience and timeline. They honored the price they quoted and it was way under MSRP. I bought a car I hadn't even considered because I thought it was out of my range. I was actually able to upgrade some extras to make the car even nicer like alloy wheels and power seats. After I thought I was done they did try to sell me Simonize, which I did buy and Gap Insurance and an Extended Warranty, which I did not buy. They pushed a little, but respected my decisions. I did get Gap Insurance through my own Auto Ins. company. All in all, a good experience and I couldn't be happier with the car. I'm glad I chose them.

Honest, Excellent Sale

I found that this dealership was fair the entire duration of the 'sale' of the vehicle. All questions were answered and the sales person was professional and accurate - no hidden suprises and excellent knowledge of the vehicle. I recommend this dealership.

Deal started out ok but that was it. Wanted a particular option & was promised info concerning it, never got it. After the papers were signed they had no interest in any further dealing. Never again.

As Good as a Costly Transaction Can Be

I went in to consider trading my car for another. They dealt with me in a respectful manner and did not pressure me using the "here's my manager" tactic. They first gave me a monthly loan figure, but I like to see all the figures- the auto price, trade-in amount, loan terms, plate transfer cost, doc fees, etc. They quickly provided the details and even let me keep their printout. When I told them I had to think about it, the lower counter offer was presented. They didn't keep me waiting all day either. I didn't end up buying the car, but the experience was one of the best I've had a car dealership negotiating.
