I purchased a VW Beetle from Valenti Hartford today and the entire transaction was seamless. From the minute one enters the dealership you are greeted cheerfully and everyone is pleasant. Brett Bauer was perfect from the initial contact via the website, the test drive, the explanation of the vehicle's fine points and overall everything. Allan was efficient and provided me with lots of options and was a pleasure to deal with. Everyone and I do mean everyone appeared to enjoy what they do and were pleased to provide any assistance they could.
