Alex was amazing and went above and beyond today helping me with my new fiat! My mom just bought one from him last week while we were hunting for mine and we both could not be happier! It was my first time buying a car and he made it easy and answered all questions and he knew his stuff! He was easy to reach in person, text and when ever we called he was quick to respond! If you go to look or to buy go see alex! Amazing guy!

Great car buying experience, no pressure

My mother and I went into Valenti FIAT last week to look for a new vehicle to replace (my mother's), not intending to buy. However, the sales personnel made the process of buying a new car incredible: Absolutely no pressure to buy. We were very pleased that we were not rushed into or tricked into buying a new vehicle. All of the Valenti FIAT employees, especially our salesman, Alex Johndro, the manager, Joe, and business personnel, Steve were exceptional with their car knowledge and financial obligation arrangements. All of them were very personable and caring. We would absolutely buy many more cars from this dealership! They will be recommended to everybody we know. Also, I went in with my mother for a new car only for her because initially, I was not quite sure and able about purchasing a vehicle for myself. Again, however, due to the nature of the friendly atmosphere and compassionate sales personnel, I went in the very next day and purchased one for myself! After I went home with my vehicle, I did not feel guilty about the purchase I made. Everything worked out the way it was intended and we (my mother and I) could not be any happier. I'd like to tell you about my experience with Valenti Fiat Hartford. I had been looking for a new car since mine was totaled late september 2015. I was looking at several models, had visited several dealerships and taken several test drives. My wife and I narrowed down our search to a used Fiat 500. We did lots our searching online and found a 500 with the options and color at Valenti Fiat. We visited first in the evening on veteran's day 2015. We looked at the car briefly. We continued to communicate with Alex and Joe through email. We set up a time to test drive 2 saturdays after. I test drove the vehicle. We then negotiated and I got the price. There was low sales pressure and I ended up getting a great deal. Both Alex and Joe were very good to work with. Steve in the finance department was also good to work with, they were able to beat(just barely) our credit union's already low finance rate. The studio is very nice. They offered us cappuccino which is a nice italian touch. When I got in the car to leave, I noticed the power side mirrors were inoperable. The following monday I brought in the car and the fixed it on the house. I had a great experience with Valenti Fiat and would recommend them to a friend. This was a 2012 Fiat 500 Sport Manual Transmission. I'll also point out that we had my 2 year old son with us during the sale process and they were very accommodating to all of us.

Buying a Fiat from Valenti & Alex Mandel

4 years ago, I saw the Fiat for the first time - I fell in love. Last week, I decided to make my dream come true and headed over to Valenti Fiat, where Alex Mandel made the dream a reality. Alex made the experience "5 star"! He answered all my questions, walked me through the features of the car, there was NO pressure and I actually enjoyed buying the car! I would highly recommend working with Valenti and particularly Alex - he knows his stuff. And as for the car: Fiat 500 POP in retro green - it is a beauty to look at and a dream to drive! It is everything that i wanted in a car. Do yourself a favor: Buy a Fiat, buy it at Valenti and definitely, ask for Alex - he's the best!

Got a ne 2015 abarth from my salesman Alex, he knows his stuff because he owns what he sells. That's a great plus in my book. The sale was fast without the pressure of others dealers, and I was not nickel and dimed to death the price he quotes you is the out the door price, another plus in my book, thanks Alex from Valentin!!!

Our salesman, Alex, made the process easy from start to finish. He allowed us time on the lot to look around before approaching us, and then walked us through every step of the way. He was very informative, and helped to find exactly what we were looking for. Not your typical, pushy car salesman that we all dread! The sales manager, Joe, and the service advisor, Bob, were also very professional and genuine. In the end, we got an excellent deal on the perfect car.

I bought my 1st new car in 1973 and I've bought quite few since then; and just bought a Fiat at Valenti last month. It was my best new car buying experience - with just a single visit to the dealership (other than later taking delivery) I got all my bases covered including test drive. The sales people were very knowledgeable and pleasant, no high pressure stuff, well organized and focused on my particular needs. Clearly a well developed sales force geared to customer satisfaction. I was able to follow up with a few emails to make the deal and in a few days had my car. And the car is terrific to boot!

With the help of a friend I purchased a used car at Valenti/Fiat dealer. Alex allowed my friend to check the car over and even put it aside for me to come the following day to see it my self! Thank goodness cause I did end up buying the car! I would recommend them to anyone.

So I went to this dealer on a recommendation of 2 other friends I saw alex there before I even got to the dealership he and I had talked via email for almost a week finding what I wanted. The price of the car was all done up and due to my work schedule I even did a credit app. Over the phone I went there on a Tuesday night around closing and picked up the car Wednesday morning before they even opened over alex was awesome

Alex was professional and listened to my needs. Although I didn't end up purchasing my car through Valenti (purchased an older less expensive car), I wish I had bought my FIAT there. I LOVED the car and my experience with all the staff at Valenti was easygoing and no hassle. I would recommend them highly.

Contagious Enthusiasm

Several years ago I saw "TOP GEAR" (BBC America) review the Fiat 500 and I decided to check out the Fiat 500 as a replacement for my old C****t . First, let me say, I stopped by just after closing and was invited in to talk cars. When I returned to test ride a couple Fiat's I fell in love with the car's zest. Alex's knowledge and enthusiasm was contagious and now I'm driving a Sport.

I had been searching for a car for the last 4 mos and few salespeople were patient or interesting in getting to know my needs beyond how much I could afford to pay. Other dealers made me feel like I was wasting THEIR time. I'm very glad I picked this Valenti to buy my car. My husband and I just bought a Fiat 500 L Trekking from Amanda and we are so happy! The car buying experience was pressure-free and very comfortable. Amanda was very knowledgable and enthusiastic about the cars. My husband and I both walked away feeling like Amanda really worked to find the perfect Fiat for us. We got so much more car than we ever would have expected to, and we got such a great deal. The car is perfect and we can't wait to spend many miles in it! We will definitely be going back for a Fiat 500 when we're ready to replace my husband's car.

I had been in the market for a new car for a while, but not really ready to make a purchase. I was interested in the FIAT for the great gas mileage and the fun appearance. I met Amanda and Alex, who were both very knowledgeable about the product and they sold me on a FIAT 500 Turbo based on my wants and needs. I love my car and can't wait to personalize it!

Excellent Experience with Custom Build of a 2014 500 Sport

We had an excellent experience purchasing our 2014 500 Sport. The purchase involved three visits and multiple telephone calls and emails. Our salesman, Alex, was consistently knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. Once we decided on all of the features we wanted, Alex made every effort to locate an in-stock vehicle for us... but we ultimately decided to have a 2014 model built to order. Alex and other dealership staffers walked us through the entire process. A nice feature of a FIAT custom build is that we received online updates from FIAT as our 500 was built and prepared for shipment, On delivery, Alex spent plenty of time with us and the car... setting our display preferences, syncing our iPhones, testing Bluetooth features, and generally making us familiar and comfortable with our new car. Alex is an avid 500 owner/driver, and his knowledge and enthusiasm made our purchase experience a pleasant one from start to finish.

Amazing Help and Service

The dealership was wonderful to work with when purchasing my Fiat 500L Trekking. They took a very no-pressure approach to the purchase, although they definitely worked at getting the sale which impressed me. Most car dealers in Connecticut simply show you a car, let you drive for 5 minutes on a highway loop, and then stand there and say, "want it?" We test drove the car, but didn't buy it the first day. They didn't pressure us, instead simply providing us with information. They provided a follow up email to see if we had any additional questions, which impressed me. Later in the week, we went for a second test drive as I never buy a car on the first drive. It was wonderful, but again late at night. They stayed until 10 PM to make sure everything got done. Not only that... but I wasn't sure which color I wanted and it was dark outside. Their answer? They pulled the car INTO THE SHOWROOM to show it off under the lights. Our salesman, Alex M., was extremely helpful during the whole time. Each time we came in, he offered us espresso and knew everything about the cars as he is a Fiat owner himself. He answered every question thrown at him easily, and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this dealership, as it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had.
