Hector Morales was my service representative. I actually arrived two days early for my appointment. Hector very kindly went to the service manager to see if they could accommodate me. He assured me they could do it. I had an oil change tire rotation and a recall problem taken care of. Thank you Hector for your assistance. This dealership is fortunate to have you as an employee.

I was very happy with the service I had got from Lia Hyundai, they were supposed to have my car all day long, but I was so surprised when I got a call A couple hours later that my car was ready, thank you, Lia Hyundai,and Joseph Figueiredo, Mission was completed And working great.

It took them longer than I expected to fix my vehicle due to multiple unexpected issues but overall they did a great job, they were very honest and Dane Morisette, my service advisor, kept me informed about my vehicle status and provided me with a loaner vehicle to use while they worked on mine. I will only go to them to get all my car services done.

He helped me smoothly navigate a warranty repair and was a tirelessly advocate in seeking a diagnostic solution to my electrical issue with the service department! Luckily, it was just a new altenator! Can't thank Dane and the service techs enough for their diligence!

Failed brake light dilemma solved

I didn't know why both of my brake lights went out at the same time but there was a possible newly known issue with this. Hyundai sent a letter with an extended warranty. Hector Morales was the technician who reached out to tell me that nothing was wrong with the light sockets, I just needed 2 new bulbs. He suggested using Hyundai bulbs as they are meant for the car and should not burn out often as all replacement bulbs have. Now $25 per bulb is not inexpensive, but if I don't have to keep buying bulb after bulb it will be worth it. Hector was great to work with.

My lease was coming to an end so I needed to make a decision on my next ride. It was time to get to lia hyundai in Hartford. I was greeted once inside by Miguel Serrano. He asked what I was interested in test driving and made those specific cars available down to the specific trim. After I chose the car I wanted it was a very easy process. Miguel made sure to get me out of there with a new car, clean,detailed, and fueled up ready for the open road. Can't say enough good things about the overall experience at lia hyundai. The whole crew is top notch. This was my second time there and I will definitely be back .thanks again for the great service top to bottom.

Sewell Minto was a great person to work with purchasing my second new car at the dealership. He most patient and understanding what my needs were. I wasn’t even out of my vehicle when Venroy Allen was approaching my vehicle and greeted me. He asked the purpose of my visit and got me set up and car and issues were entered in their system. Then when the service people were finished he explained the results and took me to check out.
