Just purchased a new Jaguar

Keith Bodian our salesman was terrific in helping to decide which model and which options to get. When the XFS we decided on was not on his lot he arranged to have it shipped in from another location. He did a good job of being responsive to our questions. I would definitely purchase another car from Jaguar Hartford.

This was my first experience purchasing a true "luxury" vehicle. I enjoyed working with Keith and his manager Keith. They treated me and my girlfriend really well and were very helpful. Bottom line is I bought a beautiful CPO XJL and it's amazing!!

Bob Nederostek and the staff @Jaguar Hartford were a pleasure to deal with. From the very first exploratory visit I felt invited, without pressure, to enjoy the Jaguar experience. I researched the competition of the major luxury brand autos and found myself returning to the Jaguar auto. Multiple visits to the Jaguar Hartford website as well as others in CT and MA indicated that Jag Hartford was extremely competitive all around. I explained to Bob N on my first visit that relationships and chemistry were an important factor to me, as it was a marker I used in my personal career. It proved to be a very valuable and lucrative tool for success to me, personally. With that said, I followed up with Bob and the staff several times, ultimately selecting Jaguar Hartford as my chosen dealership with whom I wanted to develop the purchase experience. My 2015 XF has the color combination I most desired. Caviar exterior with London Tan interior, combinations not available on the 2016 model. My desired auto was available @ Jaguar Harford and thus it became a done deal. Within days of the decision, the paperwork completed, all the I's dotted and T's crossed, Bob delivered my Jag to my home. He spent and extensive amount of time reviewing all of the features of the auto before returning to Hartford. He subsequently followed up with a personal phone call to ensure that all was well with my new XF. The relationship has been solidified. Thank you to Bob,Chris & Allen for a pleasurable experience. I have a strong inclination that this will not be the only Jag I will be the proud owner of.

Truely and enjoyable experience

I have purchased many new cars in my lifetime but my recent experience purchasing my new Jaguar from Jaguar Hartford was by far the best experience I have ever had. Their no pressure sales approached coupled with their extensive knowledge of the vehicle made the process totally enjoyable from beginning to end. In particular dealing with Keith Bodian my Salesperson along with Chris Aseltine the Dealership Sales Manager they both made an enjoyable process even more pleasant. Alan Ackerman the Dealership Business Manager also was extremely professional as he took the time to explain in detail all the various business points that we needed to cover along the way. I cannot recommend more highly this dealership should you be in the market for such a fine automobile as a Jaguar.

My wife and I had a great experience buying our XJ from Jaguar Hartford. They are a professional group and take the time to focus on what you're looking for. They were patient, answering all of our questions (this was our first jaguar) and did not use any high pressure sales tactics. After having to drive from northwest Connecticut to Fairfield county to have our Mercedes serviced, I can't tell how good it was to hear the dealership say that the service dept. would pick up our car, drop off a loaner and return our car after servicing.

I just recently purchased my 2011 Jaguar XK from Jaguar Hartford and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. The entire staff went out of their way to show me how much they valued my business and even the paperwork was a breeze. I live near Paramus NJ but chose to drive the 2 hours to Hartford because they had the best inventory of Jaguars. I will highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

To-date I have bought all of my vehicles from Jaguar/Land Rover (JLR) Automotive for many reasons, not least of which is the level of service you can expect. Jaguar Hartford proved to be equally unprecedented in delivering on that level of service. Having owned two Jaguars and a Range Rover I can honestly say the service, over the lifetime of all my vehicles, has always been impeccable. You are not just buying a car, you are buying a complete experience. At Jaguar Hartford that experience was everything I have grown to admire from JLR. From my initial contact through to the completion of my purchase, every step was met with affable measure. I did not feel corralled or hurried. Any questions I had were answered with expectant knowledge and, despite making a decision at 3pm, I was able to drive off in my new car by 5pm (as was my choice). Throughout the entire process the whole family at Jaguar Hartford helped to ensure those two hours were seemingly effortless and composed. My point of contact; Marc W (and Ken C) did an amazing job of handling all the paperwork; ensuring that information was clear but not overwhelming, informed but not confusing. Undemanding communication, for me, helps to infuse the buying process with a level of assurance that you can expect from JLR, and Jaguar Hartford met that in generous measure. As with my other cars, that service does not stop once you've driven away from the dealership. You are buying an experience, and that extends to all aspects of your ownership. Jaguar Hartford continues to deliver on that experience. From personally taking the time to mail a photo I'd left in the Range Rover of my daughter, to extending further offers of assistance should I ever need it. It's for these reasons I would have no hesitation recommending a visit to Marc W and Ken C at Jaguar Hartford to talk about becoming part of the Jaguar family.
