Excellent customer service

I had doubts about buying a used Subaru here since this dealership mostly sells new Toyotas. I bought an older Forester from Gale in July. It's still running strong in January. My salesman was "Magic Mike" Mercier. He did everything possible to ensure the sale went smoothly. Gale also registered my car in MA where I live, with no problems. The car was running hot this summer, so they replaced the water pump and timing belt. They also fixed the head gaskets (a common problem with Subarus) and the moonroof. When there was any issue with this 10+ year old vehicle, they took care of it right away and provided me with a loaner Toyota. The sales team at Gale was excellent. John Kupec, general manager, was super friendly. Used vehicle manager Jason Birch also happens to coach in my son's Little League. They treated my cheap used car purchase with the same respect as a $40,000 new car deal. I was skeptical at first. But with the money I saved buying a used vehicle here, I outfitted my Subaru with a new wheel & tire package this winter. Now it handles amazing in the snow. Thank you to everyone at Gale!

Be Careful Buying with Gale Toyota

I purchased a 2 year old Camry with Gale. They did the finances wrong 2 times and didn't see an issue with this, they finally ate their mistake and made me whole here. Since the car was purchased they do not want to respond to emails to them to fix the item promised in the sales binder or do they want to back a conversation on the phone with the Sales Manager, John Kupec, who inferred I was wrong in our conversation, he even hung the phone up the second day. I have an email with this piece from the salesman. Gale rights in their guarentee when signing the sales paperwork, they promise great customer service, unfortunately it is just ink on a paper with no meaning. I will update this if they ever get back to me on their promises.

New Car Buying Experience

My wife and I recently bought a 2008 Rav4 in August '08 near the end of the model year. We researched the car and dealers on the internet and through a national consumer's organization. We were recontacted by the dealer via email several times but it was low key. When we went to the dealer there were several Rav4s available, 2 were Limited editions which we wanted. We took the test drive, compared the two models and selected the one with the color and options we desired. Both had the moonroof and the daytime running lights which were not necessities for us, but now we are pleased with both. When finally getting to the price we were able to close the deal at a price which was less than we were ready to pay for that model! While one never knows just how much over dealer cost one agrees to, we felt that it was a very fair deal. We drove the Rav4 home later that day. We dealt with Dave Gardner and believe he was very fair and honest with us. We have no connection to this dealership, nor anyone employed there.
