Jola is amazing and super attentive. Prices are fair and no one is very pushy. Have bought two vehicles from here and have had a great experience with both. Good selection and they’ll find anything you want even if it isn’t on their lot.

If you are looking for a new or used car, then look no further than Gengras Volvo in East Hartford. I purchased a used Honda that they got as a trade-in, and they treated me like royalty. The buying process was extremely smooth because the staff is so efficient. I need to especially thank Vecdet Yagtu. He patiently answered every question I had about this used Honda. Their service department made this 2006 car look and feel brand new. I was very excited to drive it off the lot. A shout out to Justin in Finance, too. He moved through the paperwork like the pro that he is. I highly recommend the Gengras Volvo dealership.

Volvo XC60

Cannot say enough about how satisfied with Sal and the dealership. This is our 6th car could not think of going to another Volvo dealer. Sal is great. It was my wife buying the car and Sal spent all his time with her explaning the features of the XC60 and answering all of her questions. We continue to let folks know the Gengras is the place to go if they are in the market for a Volvo (new or used). When she took delivery of the car Sal went over all features of the car and explained how all of the safty features worked.

Felt that all parties we dealt with from our sales representative, Temple, to sales manager, Bob to the finance manager Brian seemed to be very down to earth and honest. We never felt rushed or pressured to make any decisions. Next time we are in the market for a car there would be no reason why we wouldn't return. It was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership.

From our first contact Temple was courteous and friendly. She was extremely accommodating and allowed us to ask many questions. Her approach to selling us a car was refreshing. There were no rehearsed lines. Instead she listened to our needs, asked intelligent questions and guided us towards finding our perfect car. Bob Doyle was a great sales manager. He provided support for Temple and was extremely knowledgable about the Volvo brand. We really appreciated his no nonsense and upfront approach. Thank you Temple & Bob! We will be returning to Gengras for our next Volvo/Lincoln purchase.

My experience with Gengras was five stars across the board. Most of us dread the thought of having to shop/buy a car primarily because of the nonsense we've experienced at other dealerships in the past. This process was painless. Temple was professional and kind and went ABOVE and beyond always with a smile on her face and a cheery disposition. She never strong armed me, just stated the facts and gently nudged me in the direction I needed to be in. If it weren't for that, I can honestly say, that I wouldn't be driving the gem I'm driving now. Finance was quick, easy, straight forward and NO games. I would send my kids/friends to buy from this dealership.
