Not your average dealership

There are not enough stars for this dealership! We purchased a used vehicle this week from Columbia Ford Kia. This was one of the best experiences buying a car I've ever had. Let me start with how prompt Eli was when I sent an inquiry. He immediately responded and offered to set up a time to come and see it. In one of his emails he was already asking how my husband and I liked our coffees so he would have them ready. I joked that my twins would love hot chocolates. When we arrived everyone was incredibly welcoming. And Eli had those hot chocolates for my kids! The inside of the building is so unique. It doesn't feel like you're at a dealership. It feels like you're in a small town. They even have an indoor fish pond and water fall. The woman at the front desk offered all of us warm chocolate chip cookies and gave my twins fish food to feed the fish. Our sales guy Tony was a no pressure easy going guy. Answered all our questions and provided even more details we didn't think to ask about. Any time we had paperwork to do or waiting to do they allowed our twins to explore the dealership. Eli happily accompanied them to the point both of my kids told me he is their new friend and asked to come back again to see everyone!

Poor Communication

Would not recommend this dealer. They did not communicate completely what they needed to do to my truck. They left out the part where if I didn't buy a part that it would be an additional $400 in labor to fix the problem later. When I talked to the Service Manager he told me I didn't want to buy the part so its my fault and he was not willing to give a discount or help me in any way.. Basically Politely called me an idiot and told me to pay full price. I fixed the Truck myself. Took an hour to jerry rig a contraption rather than take the engine apart.

Great Customer Service

I have only spoken with a sales associate over the phone about purchasing a vehicle, my appointment is in a couple days. The sales associate has been awesome, prompt and and very friendly. Of course they need to be but I have not felt pushed, rushed, ect,,,,Very satisfied and cant wait for my road test. If he can get the price down and seal the deal he will be the BEST, Lol...thanks Columbia Ford so far!!
