No matter the extent of service, this dealer always provides an excellent customer experience. It actually started with their Sales process and their commitment to customer service - I've heard the words from multiple dealers - they actually meet the commitment.

Disapointed

I just bought a new 2016 subaru sedan from the salesman named Fred that works there. I am extremely upset with Mitchel subaru do to the fact of lack of preparation of the car and uncertainty in the salesmen Fred. With in a few hours of driving this new car my wheels make a constant terrible screeching and grinding sound without even pressing on the breaks. When i do press on the breaks it makes a very obnoxious squealing sound. So while im driving my new car that should have no problems i have to constantly listen to this terribly loud screeching and grinding noise. I am most likely going to file a complaint and talk to the management there about this salesmen Fred and his dishonesty. I am more than disappointed in that salesmen Fred and i will never recommend that dealership to anybody. He sold me a car with 30 miles on it and it already has problems with in hours. I hope he gets suspended seriously. I am just truly upset.

I had a great experience. I live out of state & arrived close to closing time They stayed late and did everything they could to get me out the door with my dream car. They all very very friendly & helpful.

Working with Mitchell Subaru is easy and low stress/no stress. You test drive the cars you are interested in. Choose the color, model, package(s) and accessories you want. Decide whether to purchase or lease. They will give you numbers for both. Leave a deposit. Wait for your car to arrive from the port. They don't try to sell you things you're not interested in. Will buy my next Subaru from them as well.

We were looking for a car on a tight budget. The salesperson was cheerful, and thorough, and found the perfect Forester for us. We even received a refund as their fees had changed, and other fees came in under estimate!

Mitchell Subaru is a great shop. Everyone is friendly & knowledgable. Our salesman, Chris T., was not pushy, but he was enthusiastic & as honest a car salesman as I've ever dealt with. He gave me such a great deal on my Impreza that my boyfriend ended up buying the same exact one. We love the cars too...best mileage in a awd vehichle for a great price!

Purchasing a 2013 Outback

We have been doing business with Mitchell Subaru for a number of years. We just purchased a 2013 Outback. This was the fourth Subaru that we have purchased there. Our salesman was a young man named Joe who was pleasant, informative, and helpful. I would have to say that this was one of the most pleasant car purchasing experiences that we have had. We had a bit of a learning experience with the new CVT transmission and all of the new features on the 2013 that are not on our 2008. Joe handled the back seat on our test drive and had us feeling like experienced 2013 drivers by time we got back to the showroom. Talked to the Service Manager Ogden who gave me some reassuring info on the service history of the new CVT transmission. We have always had our Subarus serviced at Mitchell and I have come to know and to trust Ogden. We had our ten month old Australian Shepherd pup with us and by time we left, we had a new car and she had a new chew toy, both courtesy of Joe. Overall good experience.

wonderful mitchell subaru

chris t. contacted me by phone the day after i contacted mitchell's on line. i found him to be most helpful and he was able to find me a 2013 impreza at my price immediately. i had totaled my 2011 impreza and needed the car asap. the closing went very smoothly and quickly. chris then spent a great deal of time going over ALL the features of my new car . i drove away very happy . chris has contacted me by phone since on several occasions to make certain that i am a satisfied customer.

Overall a good experieice

Paul our salesman called within one day of my online request with a very good price for the new Outback. While they did not have one in stock they committed to finding and getting one at the price offered. If it were not for an hour or so haggling over my trade in value it would have been about perfect. Unfortunately that started as a lowball price but untimately got to a fair price after speaking with the used car manager and the general manager. i just wish they would give the front line sales people more authority to close the deal...time would be saved for everyone. Delivery and prep for the car was fine and i got a call and email after taking delivery to check and assure everything was going well. overall a quick and relatively painless process and i love the car. The folks at Mitchells were very nice and we appreciated Paul's help. Now we'll see how the service process works...hopefully as well.
