BEWARE - BAIT & SWITCH !!

I had been in e-mail and phone communication with Elena regarding a 2002 F150 which looked great on line. We discussed in detail to condition of the truck because I live 3 hours away. I asked for undercarriage pictures, she said her camera was broken so she could not send additional pictures. (this should have been my first clue that the truck never existed). We set an appointment for me to drive up an see the truck. Upon arrival, I met Elena and was pushed to a sales person, everyone there heard me say that I was there for the 2002 F150. Multiple people sat me down and gave me the speech on the quality of their vehicles, and the awards they have, etc. After about 15 min's, I told them I wanted to see the truck; at that point they told me that the truck had just been sold! - but were pushing me to see other higher priced trucks that they had! Funny, a half hour prior Elena sent me an e-mail confirming that we were meeting about the 2002 F150. I did a total of 6 hrs driving that day - they totally tried to pull the bait & switch. They NEVER had the truck that they advertised. FRAUD!!

All of the guys at Road Ready Used Cars were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. George, Ron, and Anthony made this the most convenient and hassle free car buying experience. They really go above and beyond and truly make you feel like family. I would recommend them for anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I will surely be back to buy another vehicle from Ron and the guys when I am in the market again.

These guys were great! When I first got there, I was approached twice, which shows they have great customer service skills! This was my first time financing so these guys helped me understand the ropes. The only thing I can say, was that the lots were extremely tight, and hard to walk around. I did get my car though.

Road Ready is without a doubt the best dealer I know of in the tri state area. I just bought my second car from there and the first one I bought was from 10 years ago. The service was even better 10 years later as they treated me as a member of their family even though no one from my first purchase even works here. That says a lot about the personnel that after a decade, new staff still believe the service is what separates this dealers from others. Absolutely no hassles, no stress, but a simple and fun yes I said fun process. They dont waste their time trying to sell you the newest cars or the most expensive ones, but they listen to your needs and your wants and dont make you jump through hoops to get you in the vehicle you want for the price point you want no questions asked. There was no need to play around or make several trips to close a deal. They are beyond professional and minimize the amount of paperwork and questions even required to purchase. I hope to be to them in 10 years for my 3rd car and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great car guaranteed to last and for a stress free environment. They also are always there if questions arise after the purchase and they stay true to their word of providing ongoing support. Get yourself and your next car ready with Road Ready. You'd be foolish not to!!!

From the time we walked in Patrick assisted us immediately and everyone did their best to make sure the car buying process went through smoothly. Lots of cars to choose from, found one I really liked and they said "we can get you in this car" and they did. It was almost like an offer I couldn't refuse. Priced right for the sporty, low mileage ride I got. Car was just like new, maybe even cleaner !! Highly recommended ! Anthony, George, Ron - thanks for best car I've owned yet !!

The experience was great. Road ready used used cars really set me up with a beautiful 08' dodge charger, which saved me a long ride to pick one up any where else. look for George, great guy, always smiling and ready to find the perfect car for you. I made the one mistake of driving home and forgetting to ask for a second key. They should provide two keys to the vehicle
