I bought 2 cars from victory motors. Both times the salesmen were not pushy or aggressive which I liked. However, they tell you their mechanics check all of the cars out. I have now had my car just over 2 months and found out my front brakes are extremely worn down $500 repair right there. Other issues as well totalling nearly $3000 in repairs! I was extremely frustrated with the manager, Matt after he intimated that I caused my wear on my brakes! I had driven my car for just under 1,000 miles!! I said some angry words as I was very upset. Then I left two messages for Matt apologizing but never heard back. So get an independent mechanic to look at your car first. Otherwise you could be left paying thousands of dollars!!

I am retracting my previous Review down to 2 stars from 2wks ago....I still think dealer Javier was amazing and as for down payments i got a fair price as well as monthly payments bit that is where the positive reviews stops....During test drive I asked about brakes they felt/sounded metal on metal I was assured the mechanic said they had 10k miles left the ride itself felt a bit choppy but i assumed it was cause i was downgradimg from newer to older rav4 w less power but i was wrong here is todays breakdown went in for an oil change and general once over $900 (TODAY: local mechaic chain repairs and future breakdown needs) Oil change done Front Brakes metal on metal (rear need replace soon) Shocks were gone and even leakimg oil Tire warning light ON (which i asked victory about said it just didnt shut off yet) No 3-4 tires missing censors completelt (didnt have $$ for that repair) And tires are done (locked up on me 2x since bought car mechanic said needed replace before 1st snow (needs sooner) So move on to local tire dealer $700 to replace tires for basic midgrade all weather suv tire All in all $1600 just to get my car safe for work and home use too much to spend immediatly after purchase many other people have said similar things on yelp and other forums ans now i too under stand why

I bought car from Victory Motors in February. I was in a rush because my car had been totaled and the insurance company of the person who hit me was threatening to start charging me for the rental and I couldn't afford that. As such, I didn't have it checked by a mechanic and I own that error in judgement. I was excited by the car and things went well. A month and a half later the check engine light came on and I was informed that the transmission needed to be replaced. I spoke to several people who said the transmission was so bad that it would have been obvious if the car had been checked prior to being sold. That cost me $2,600 that I didn't have. When I contacted Kurt, the person who sold me the car, he said there wasn't much they could do because I had already had the repair done - I kinda needed the car... He said he would let the manager know and someone would be in touch. I never heard from anyone. Two months later I had a flat tire and when I brought it in to be fixed I learned that I had to replace all of the tires because they were ALL THE WRONG SIZE and were falling apart. I didn't bother to contact Victory again. At this point I have had the car for 6 months and have spent $3,200 on it. If you do by a car from here definitely have it checked out by a mechanic first. I have paid dearly for that mistake.

I walked onto the lot on a snowy Saturday afternoon, stated my budget and what I was looking for, and told them I was not planning to buy today but wanted to see what was available in my price range. Within minutes we were out on the lot, looking at the several vehicles in my range. I was allowed to take the car I chose out by myself, with no salesperson with me, which was unusual and very nice. When I decided to buy the car later that day, the purchase process was very easy and quick. I was treated with respect and honesty all the way through the process. Great job Chance! When I buy another car I;m coming straight to you!

Victory Motors does not care about customer satisfaction...only the money they can they get by deceiving you!!! I went to Victory Motors and told them I was looking to buy a reliable car and they wanted to know if I had cash or needed financing. I said I had cash. In a nut shell, they took advantage of the fact that I was paying cash and sold me a car "as is". I asked if it had any issues and was told it did not and that I would love this car. Wrong! I started having problems immediately on the way home. They would not take the car back, when I called they said they would be able to take it on a trade but would not give me the $8,000 that I paid for it. This has been anything but reliable and is very unsafe to drive. They were well aware of the issues and codes that it read but only made the problem worse. I have not had a car since December and the cost to get this car running is well over $2,000. I am okay with buying a car "as is" but expected an honest answer when I asked if it had any issues. It was sold "As is No Warranty" but I was offered 3 different warranties (another scam). The most disheartening part is they are not willing to hear the hardships that this has caused me. I can't believe how low these people are. You would think they would appreciate your business and want future business...they only want the fast cash.

went to this dealership around March 3rd and the buying process was exceptional working with Nick who was a great salesman and got me into a new car asap the selection of cars was absolutely great as well I loved the atmosphere and everybody was willing to work with me we did run into an issue with the wheel locks as the old owner of the vechicle did not leave them with the dealership, however victory being the great dealership they are worked with me during the whole process to find a wielder that could take off my wheel locks for me and even reimbursement me for the process I absolutely recommend them and Matt and all the others for what they did for me and I would tell ANYBODY to come here if they need a new vehicle 100% Satisfied

Stormin' Norman was great to work with and I would do so again in a heartbeat. It was a bit of a drive to Longmont, but completely worth it. They were very upfront about all fees, and even published them on Cars.com which is very unusual for a dealership. I had a good feeling about them from the beginning and even though I went to several dealerships, I felt the most confident and comfortable by far at this one.

I came to Victory motors to locate a Prius that would work in my budget. I dealt with a salesman Nick who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Nick showed me all the options and never pressured me at all. It was a great experience. I now recommend Victory Motors to everyone I know.

These jokers told me the truck I was interested was in stock at their North Main Location. I drive all the way in from greeley. Guess what, the truck is NOT there ! I am told it is on their truck lot at First & Main St and he would call down there to have them get it out so I could drive it. 17 blocks and 25 minutes later due to construction, I arrive. Suprise, suprise, they don't have the advertised Avalanche...they sold it weeks ago ! What a joke these people are ! I will NEVER go back there.
