I recently purchased a 2022 Hyundai Palisade from McDonald Automotive in Littleton CO. Suzanne Dumont was my salesperson and it was a very pleasant experience. The transaction went smoothly and quickly, and she took the time to show me all the features of the car. The finance manager was also very friendly and helpful. All in all, it was the best car buying experiences I have had. I would give Suzanne a 5 out of 5 rating.

I recently purchased a Palisade from McDonald Hyundai. David Kuczek was incredible. Because of the supply issues, I had to put a deposit down on the car and wait 6 weeks for arrival. David was very responsive with my questions and went above and beyond with constant updates on the status of the delivery. The Palisade is perfect for my family. First of all, the car itself (Palisade Calligraphy) is just amazing. All the tech, especially related to safety, is just incredible. I worked with David Kuczek on 1/6/22. I had to purchase a replacement vehicle with an insurance payout after my previous car was stolen and subsequently totaled. He was very easy to work with! Very friendly, personable and not "pushy" at all. He made the process (that had been hard due to the nature of the reason for purchase) very easy and actually pleasant. The finance people were also very easy and pleasant to work with. The dealership went above and beyond in getting this "new" car ready for me. I would highly recommend David and McDonald Hyundai!

I purchased a new Kona with McDonald Hyundai in May and it was a great experience! I was disappointed and not very hopeful because I wasn't able to get the car model with the options I wanted at Arapahoe Hyundai, but I had come across McDonald Hyundai and thought it wouldn't hurt to give it a try. I'm really happy I made this decision! This was my first car purchase ever so I was really nervous and didn't know what to expect, but everyone was super welcoming, friendly, supportive and helpful. Micah Levy had helped me throughout the whole process, along with John O'Hanlon, explaining everything one step at a time. After a couple of test drives, Micah made sure I was comfortable with the car I wanted to get and explained all the options and parts to the car. He was also making sure all my questions were answered and I could tell that he was really looking out for my best interest than pressuring me to get a car that might not be fitting to me. John was also helpful in breaking down all the costs to my car, how much I would be paying every month, and there wasn't any pressure to get any additional add-ons. He did a great job explaining all the options in easy terms to understand, but I really appreciated that he wasn't being pushy. I had taken my uncle with me because he knows cars better and he made it really clear that he didn't want any bs with pressuring sale tactics, but that he wanted it to be fast, clear and efficient. I got exactly that and the service I got there was super friendly, I have high expectations for when I purchase my next car in the future! They were great with any follow-ups, making sure I was having a good experience with my car and checking if I had any questions or concerns. I'm really happy with the service I got, along with the quality and my car has been great with no issues. I would definitely recommend McDonald Hyundai to any family members for friends because of how friendly and helpful they were!

Went in to McDonald Hyundai (6500 S Broadway Littleton, CO 80121) today, July 20, 2017 at about 9:45am to look at a 2017 Hyundai Sonata Limited because of the Summer Sales Event. Unfortunately, the salesperson did not know what the Summer Sales Event was. He asked if I brought in the advertisement for the event. After a few minutes, it became apparent that the salesmen did not know much about the different models / trims / features of the different Hyundai vehicles. We searched the lot for ten minutes and did not find any 2017 Sonata Limited vehicles. The salesperson went to the sales manager to see if they had any available. He came back and said they have one at a car lot one mile away and he could drive me there. I said no thanks and proceeded to leave the building. This is where it gets interesting. The sales manager (a short, fat, homeless looking guy with blonde/red hair and a military haircut) came out and said, “Excuse me sir, what is the problem.” I told him that the salesperson did not know anything about what he was selling. The chubby manager said “Well he is new. I can get you an experienced salesperson.” I said no thanks. The fat guy then said, “Thanks for wasting our time!”. I said, “Excuse me?”. He repeated, “Thanks for wasting our time!”, and proceeded back to his desk. I said, “That is terrible customer service and I will report you to Hyundai.” The military haircut manager then said “Go ahead, I do not care. Make sure to tell 20 of your friends also you [non-permissible content removed] !!” I will never shop at McDonald Hyundai again. The manager should be fired for treating customers like that.

Bought a used Jeep wrangler there via a distance transaction and relied on the integrity and honesty of the dealer to be up front with any and all issues so I knew beforehand what I was getting. The sales woman obviously knew little about what she was selling and "looked it over closely" said all she could find was a small muffler leak. Ok still not happy with that I paid the dealer an extra fee to thoroughly go through the jeep prior to me buying it and point out "ALL" issues. Sales manager comes back to me and says all I can find is the serpentine belt needs to replaced and all safety items and engine items are good. I send my wife to pick it up and drive it home 400 miles...about 40 miles from dealership going down freeway the top basically almost fly's off causing an accident. My wife calls frantic and I walk her through attaching it correctly and SCREWING the four hold downs of which none were engaged or tightened from the dealer. It is obvious someone lowered the top for demonstration and did not re-attach correctly. The muffler was non-existent when she pulled into the driveway as it sounded like an old farm tractor, door handles barely hanging on by wood screws through the door panel....Did they EVEN do the extra inspection? I doubt it. $500 and counting on repairs so far, I removed the transmission oil magnetic plug and found broken spring debris attached....something I am sure they would have noticed had they even removed the inspection/fill plug. Totally bogus and to top it all off after numerous emails about my concerns not even an attempt to contact via email or phone. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Just purchased another fine Hyundai from the staff at the fun and professional McDonald Hyundai. From Dave in internet sales to Ron the sales manger and Scott in finance it was a fun and fast experience from these guys at McDonald Hyundai. I recommend if you DONT want the 8-10 hour, stressful, not fun purchase of a new vehicle, then VISIT McDonald Hyundai. They treat you tops and what a pleasant atmosphere to do it in. Thanks McDonald Automotive Sales and Management. You do make car buying a fun and affordable experience. Please keep up the way you treat people Mr Dave, Mr Ron, Mr Scott and Upper Management.
