I came into JFR 100% expecting the need to do battle with their sales team. My experiences with dealerships had led me to thought process that it wasn't a question of if I would lied to and taken advantage of, it was just to what degree it would happen. My goal was to just to mitigate that as much as I could. Instead, I had a completely different experience. I worked with Jesse McKendry, who provided a level of service and professionalism that I've never experienced with a car dealership. I wanted the truck looked at by a mechanic of my choosing. No problem, he even dropped it off and picked it up from my mechanic for me. I wanted a full list of everything that JFR looked at in their inspection and replaced. No problem, Jesse's list matched my mechanics findings 100%. Truck was going to need a a few routine maintenance things in the near future. JFR went ahead and took care of them. After I bought the truck, we needed to finish up a few pieces of paperwork. JFR sent someone down to me, 30 miles away after I got home from work so that I didn't have to drive up there or leave work. Excellent experience overall, very upfront pricing and discussion, no smoke and mirrors along with a true dedication to customer service.
