Greedy and untrustworthy

Found an incoming Audi Q3 Turbo blue coming to this dealership. I paid the e-deposit yesterday. But the first thing they did was asked me to cancel my deposit and more than double it! I will not deal with shady people like this. I would give them zero stars. Not going to deal with untrustworthy people. I asked them to do a dealer trade to another Audi, but they won't, so not only will I NOT buy this car. I will NOT BUY AN AUDI. If you're looking for an Audi in Colorado, try Audi Flatirons

Had my 2018 Q5S in for its regular maintenance . Jared was so kind, and worked us in to the time that worked for us. Gave us a loner car to use while service was being done. They are the greatest!

Audi Specialist Listened!

I had been looking at other dealerships for several months but no one seemed to pay attention to "Grandma" when I walked into the store. The minute I walked through the Audi dealership doors, Jon Costello was there to help me and to listen to exactly what I was looking for in a new car. I think it was just over an hour and I drove out in my new Audi!

My experience was good with service department. My issue is with the extended warranty. I have an air vent issue and the replacement under warranty was denied. $400 part required, but appears the part is easily broken. Sad since the car is so expensive and Audi is adding cheap parts and asking good money for the repair.

Despite an incident with a bad spark plug the technician could not have foreseen, the service was great. Stanley did a fantastic job address the issue immediately and provided awesome customer service in taking care of the problem as it arose. Things don't always go perfectly but how we react is what's most important. Stanley is awesome and I love working with him.
