2023 GMC 1500 Denali

Sales department did a great job when i bought the 2023 GMC Denali. Had an issue with the motor, Ron in service did a very good job working through the process. Paul made the decision to replace the motor. It went very well. I am very happy with how well i was treated and how good it all worked out. Happy Customer.

NINE HOURS FOR OIL AND TRANSMISSION FLUID CHANGE

Yep... nine hours to have an oil change, transmission fluid changes and tires rotated!! I was told it was taking so long because they needed to let the transmission fluid changes. That fluid took FIVE hours to change (12:30-5:30) and the oil change and tire rotation took FOUR hours. Each time I spoke with Melinda she was very flippant, and told me the tech was waiting for the transmission fluid to cool down. When I questioned her about why it was taking so long for the fluid to cool down, she blew me off, and began talking to someone else in the service area. The next morning, I checked the cold pressure in all 4 tires and they were at 30 PSI. The owners manual recommends 35. Had I dug deeper into the service reviews, rather than the sales reviews, I would have seen all of the negative reviews about the service part of this dealership. Obviously no one there reads the reviews or cares more about making money than providing good service.

My experience dealing with Dan Oleary at Weld County Garage in Greeley Colorado was very easy and as pain free as you can get when buying a vehicle. Dan was very professional and worked out the deal on our new "to us" 2019 Toyota 4 Runner that worked well for all parties concerned. 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up.

Taylor Dunn their was awesome. Right down to the end he made sure we were happy with our decisions and made an effort unlike most salesman we have dealt with. Everybody their was super criendly and helpful. We would be waiting and a random employee there would stop and see if we were ok or ask if we needed anything. Not even being the one who was working with us. This place was a step up from where i usually have purchased my cars. Very obvious they enjoy their work and make an effort to ensure their customers are happy with each experience. Will have to make this ny go to when i purchase vehicles in the future.

Alfonso was a knowledgeable, patient salesman. He had answers to every question and showed us where we could review the information. Across the board, from facilities to product, just an outstanding experience, which is something considering that we’ve been buying cars and trucks for 40 years. I highly recommend this dealership!

Just purchased a new Buick at Weld County Garage and was very impressed not only with the sales experience but also the welcoming atmosphere at the dealership. After months of searching i found exactly what i was looking for at Weld County Garage. Austin from the internet sales team was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I had a PPI performed by the local import shop in town Austin was very helpful setting up the inspection. I highly recommend working with Austin to anyone purchasing either in person or out of state.

While trying to buy a vehicle at Weld County Garage I was quoted payments that as it turns out were packed with products that they assumed that I was going to buy. There was a $2500.00 warranty, tire and wheel coverage etc. When I confronted the F&I Manager Jason Meckelberg I was told that it was included in the payment and that I should just take it. I was concerned and asked to talk to the manager in charge. The guy that came in Chad was your typical car sales man who could not understand why I would not want this since they had put it into the payment amounts that they had quoted me. I ended up walking out. My advice is never go near this place they claim to be holier than now but all thae want to do is seperate you from your money.
