Craig has always taken the time to help me and I am always happy with the result of buying a car, even if I don't buy one that day. I would highly recommend seeing Craig for all your car buying needs!! I have bought two cars from him with in a year period and I was completely satisfied every step of the way. Now Jeremiah is another story that guy....Nah they are all very helpful and work to sell you a car for a fair price. If you can't see Craig, as for seth the sales manager. He is very helpful and knowledgeable as well.

We have been looking for a new truck that would fit our family comfortably and be able to pull our camper without issues. We had gone by Ed Bozarth a number of times to checkout inventory and talk with Greg to see what our options were. He was able to show us trucks that would meet our needs without being pushy and was patient while we figured some things out. We are extremely pleased with the customer service we received and especially with our new truck!

Justin McCoy, Jere Fischer and Kenneth Graven all worked hard and demonstrated exemplary professionalism when it came to my purchase of a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado. Like many folks in Grand Junction I was set on making the four hour trip to Denver to shop for and purchase a new/used vehicle. Justin's professionalism and knowledge as a sales person, as well as his willingness to show me a truck that best suited my needs, won me over and enabled me to drive away in a great truck at what I know is was a truly great deal. Ken and Jere were very professional and easy to work with as well when it came to the financing end of the deal. Jere was able to find an interest rate that was better than what my local credit union was able to give me and made the final part of my purchase very simple and streamlined. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and can't think of a better place to purchase a vehicle. Additionally, I would like to thank the folks who detail the vehicles at Ed Bozarth as they do great work and unlike some other dealerships I shopped at the used vehicles were exceptionally clean! Don't waste the time and money of driving to Denver when we have Ed Bozarth Grand Junction here to provide fair and competitive prices and highly personalized and professional service!

Truck didn't even last 1 year

My buying experience started off well with bozarth. I purchased an 05 chevy Silverado 2500hd duramax with only 116k on it. But within 3 days I could tell something wasn't right with the truck and took it back to them for a diagnosis. Well turns out an injector was going bad. Although they replaced it free of charge I couldn't help but feel a little nervous that their supposed 180 point inspection(or whatever it was) hadn't caught the fact that the truck had a bad injector. I drove the truck with little to no issue for about 8 months but again started getting the same symptom that I got after three days of driving after purchasing. I took it to them for another diagnostic and this time they told me 6 out of 8 injectors including the one they'd replaced 8 months ago were bad. Due to finances I opted to purchase injectors on my own and replace them all myself. After replacing I had to also install a new fuel pressure regulator as this was also failing. 3,000$ in parts later this truck is still acting up. I feel they knew the thing wasn't right but sold it to me anyways without fixing what was wrong, starting with new injectors. I will never buy another vehicle from them again and would recommend anyone considering it to be very weary and ask for a maintenance print out from the shop. I asked for mine at the last diagnostic and was shocked at what was on it including this truck having the exact issues I'm experiencing when the man who owned it before traded it into them.

Fast, friendly, knowledgable

I brought my 2012 2500HD with a check engine alarm while traveling coast to coast pulling a 35ft fifth wheel gross weight at 14000 lbs. The diagnostics indicated a couple of sensors out and potential problems with the input and output of the turbo. In the last 12 to 14 months while traveling coast to coast it has spent almost as many days in the shop as pulling the camper. Time to trade. I met with Lorri Temple and discussed available options, repair or trade. My wife and I discussed it and decided to trade. The problem, this was Wednesday and we needed to be out of the campground Friday morning by 11AM. In a very short time Lorri worked out an offer that was acceptable to us. We left the truck with them as there was a lot of work to swap things from my old truck to the new one ( the hitch bing the most important, but not the only thing), Lorri Temple worked all day on Thursday (her day off) to insure the job moved along the required pace. By noon on Friday we were in our new truck ready to drive off the dealer lot. We feel that the entire dealership and in particular Lorri went way above and beyond to get this all accomplished in the required time limit. Great Job done to all.

Craig Nielsen, the salesperson who assisted me, was outstanding from the start. After talking with me on the phone to determine what I "may" be looking for, he was at my house driving the vehicle that I described within 45 minutes. The next day I went to the Dealership, we worked the numbers and the following day I drove home in a new Silverado 1500 High Country. Since leaving the dealership, I have not had the sense that I was taken advantage of nor treated unfairly. Craig was considerate, helpful with his suggestions and demonstration of the vehicles many bells and whistles and all the while, most pleasant. He gave me the sense that he was truly interested in my being happy with my decisions - and I was. Go in and ask for Craig - my best advice based on my experience.

I have bought many cars from Bozarth's since moving to Grand Junction in 2000 and always had good service. The last vehicle I purchased was from another dealer here in town and never again. What a hassle! When it was time to buy a different vehicle this time, I went straight to Ed Bozarth's because I knew I would get a square deal. Eric, my salesmen this time, was great. I couldn't make up my mind if I wanted to be practical or sporty. After a few test drives, I choose sporty and ended up with a 2008 HHR with only 9000 miles on it. Financing was a breeze with Jere and all in all, a great experience buying my latest. I will be back as the need arises.

2014 Corvette Stingray

For several years we watched another Corvette pass us by (no pun intended) and nearly pulled the trigger 2 years ago, but decided to wait. Through the years Greg H. always took the time and had the patience with us to answer every question, allow us to test drive, made us as a customer feel important, but never pushed us into a deal we were not ready to make...then comes our 25th Anniversary and a perfect time to surprise my wife with a new car...we looked at the Camaro 2SS and were impressed by the changes made to the 2014 model and the way they handled...but then we saw that White Corvette Stingray (C7 1st year) on the showroom floor. To my surprise that was the one that the Mrs. wanted...no argument here! After all, odds were that I may get to drive that awesome car sometime...deal went very smooth closed in about an hour and remembered...need to clear one side of the 2-car garage...Ed Bozarth's staff held the Corvette until we were able to do so and not wanting anything to contaminate the finish of that car (Bonnie Sally the cat resides in the garage-niece named her and couldn't make up her mind on one name) we knew we needed an inside Car Cover. Greg worked feverishly to find us a Car Cover in time for delivery of the Vette, but to no avail...so we searched online and found a cover, but it would take 10 days to receive (couldn't see paying $100.00 for over-night delivery). We figured that we could just cover it with a sheet in the meantime. So off we go to pick up our new (I mean my wife's new) Corvette. When we got there Greg had a small duffle bag with a Corvette indoor Car Cover in it...we thought how nice...however, Greg took the cover off of his ZR1 Corvette so we could cover our new car until our cover arrived...that was more than nice...and that is the type of Service you will receive from Ed Bozarth...they go the extra mile (another unintended pun)...Thank you Greg you are the best! By the way...my wife has great disdain for car salesmen...she loves Greg H...need I say more?

I have been looking for a different vehicle for a few months. I went to every dealership in Grand Junction looking for the best fit for me. I have to admit that Bozarth was one of the last places I visited as I assumed their prices would be off the charts. Was I ever surprised. They had the perfect car for me for a great price. The salesman was very friendly and helpful as was all the other people we dealt with. I would definitely recommend Bozarth to all my friends. I love my car! 2013 silverado purchase

They didn't have what I wanted exactly but went the extra mile to find one I liked. They didn't try to sell options I didn't want. They did let me know what was avaliable on the model I looked at but let me decide with no pressure put on me like other dealers have tried in the past. The vehicle had to be picked up at another dealer and was ready on time when they said it would be. Was a slight mix up on the accessories I wanted on the vehicle but was taken care of by Greg H. and Mark M. in short order. Over all the experience was pleasent, the staff was professional and the service was top of the line.

I have nothing but good to say about my experience with Shanon. Having had a dead battery on my car, he came and gave me a jump to keep an appointment I already had. Coming in the very car I wanted. The actual procedure was the easiest I have ever encountered at a dealership.

Horrible service! Glenn Taylor told me they didn't have the car I wanted when I could see the exact car in the lot next door (same dealership). Andy Herwick then offered me the most ridiculous rate, without even checking my credit (and I have near perfect credit)... Then he tried to tell me that $3000 off would benefit me in the long run over giving me a much better rate. Really??? $3000 off the sticker price and a 8% rate for 72 months is better than 0% for 72 months? I'm young, but was not born yesterday!!! I have always heard to never buy a car in Grand Junction, especially from Bozarth, but wanted to give them a chance. A broker from Denver is now getting my business, AND the commission from the sale of a $60,000 Tahoe.
