We had a great experience purchasing our pre-owned Toyota Tacoma from this outfit. They had the truck clean and ready to test drive upon our arrival, and made the purchase process as simple as possible. I informed our sales associate, Robert Aguilar, that we needed to be completed within an hour and a half total, and he and everyone else involved in the process worked to make that happen. Exceptional Follow-Up

I had some relatively minor issues with a recent service experience, but I didn't have time to escalate the problems. I just left unsatisfied. They followed up within a day or two to ask about my experience, so I was honest. Then I got another follow-up from Kevin who wanted to hear more about it and figure out how he could make it right. Overall I was very impressed at the extra effort they went through after I had already paid.

Too expensive

They said it would be $250 to find the problem with my Jeep wrangler about two week went by and I got another call saying they needed more time to find the problem. He said they needed another $640.00 . I told him ok but that’s it he said ok thousand plus tax..But this still might not fix the problem. I said let’s try this first because the next part was going to be four thousand dollars I said no to that. I picked up my Jeep yesterday of course it’s still has problems they still wanted four thousand to finish repair I said no again so I get a bill for over nineteen hundred dollars. They just think we have an open wallet. Dealers are just too expensive I get it repaired at another garage much less money an done right the first time Won’t take three months

Friendly Staff Low Pressire

Our salesperson Roberto was very friendly and patient and our finance manager was very clear and was no pressure at all. We were very happy when the location manager was able to correct a mistake when we purchased our vehicle and worked with us to make sure everything was corrected. Service was always very friendly and helpful even with non-Jeep vehicles.

Excellence in Customer Service and Maintenence

All I can say it is worth the hour and a half drive down to Golden to service my 2021 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Mike and his mechanics always do an excellent job of making sure my Jeep is in optimum working order. I purchased this Jeep at another dealership (Autonation on Broadway) and unfortunately this car has had multiple issues as soon as I drove it out of the dealership. The dealership did nothing to service this new car and thankfully I found AutoNation in Golden who has pretty much rebuilt this vehicle. The other great quality of these mechanics is that they are fast in completing the job without comprising the quality of the service. In this day and age it's rare to find high quality of workmanship , knowledge and customer service in the car dealership industry - AutoNation in Golden has it all.
