Lack of communication

This is the second time I've brought my car in and no one bothered to give me an update before the shop closed for the night. On the whole, I've been satisfied with the quality of the work but the lack of communication is poor. I have to keep calling and chasing them for updates.

Great Dealership!

I bought a used Corolla at this dealership. When I got the vehicle home I noticed some minor blemishes in the trim and paint that went unnoticed during the buying process. I took it back to the dealership and showed them the issues. Hayden worked with me to get his PDR guys to work on the paint and replace the trim without any argument. The PDR guys did great work and my dissatisfaction has been turned around and I am now a happy customer. They are an honest and good dealership to work with. Additionally, I like the low pressure sales and no haggle policy they have when buying a used vehicle. It makes the entire buying process much more pleasant.

I was watching a CR-V on line and Skylar notified me it was reduced. I was helped by Skylar AND Tommie SO MUCH. I needed a ride up to Golden in Colorado and did not want to miss this opportunity. Tommie kept his "promises" to all my questions and sent me an overview of the "final price". This dealership is one I would recommend; do your research and if something interests you, let them know. All of the service requested was performed in a timely manner and I picked up my car when promised, The service rep. kept me posted on the progress of the repairs. My only issue is that power steering, after two weeks is still humming. This has been an ongoing issue not only with my car but with Buick in general.

Service of 2022 2500 GMC Sierra HD

I was informed, prayer my appointment, that all the missing parts to my vehicle were available to be installed. However, park assist system was not. The information page about remaining milage of the tank still is not working and the smell of burning oil wasn't fixed. Communication with my technician was poor. I had call couple of times to him and left message about progress with my vehicle but there was no call returned. I had to fiziclly dive to dealership to see whats goin on. sincerely, Richard
