Bought our Toyota Sienna last weekend after a year of searching and it was the best decision to purchase and finance it from Bighorn Toyota. The staff took every precautionary measures to ensure safety during this Covid outbreak & followed CDC guidelines. We FaceTimed to look at the vehicle so no surprises when we pick up the car. We met halfway, in Frisco & after test driving the vehicle, we moved forward with the sale. Jeff wore gloves & mask as well as cleaned the inside with Clorox wipes. Lynda from finance & Jeff provided phenomenal service and communication was on point. It was the easiest, pleasant and honest car buying experience. Highly recommend this family owned dealership.

I recently bought a new 2017 Tacoma Off Road and I couldn't be happier with the treatment and efficiency of Bighorn and the staff. Jeff Jones was superb, both contacting before the purchase and the actual visit. In the past buying a vehicle seemed to take a full day, lots of BS and wasting time. Jeff was the best salesperson I've ever experienced (this is my 4th new vehicle purchase) and had everything down to a science and Amanda (final numbers/add-ons/warranty/financing) was very helpful in her assessment of what would work best for me. I was in and out of her office in less than a half hour... that's incredible. I was on the road before lunch time. With everything. And all that was advertised was given, AND I got what I needed for my trade in. I would recommend Bighorn (specifically Jeff Jones) to anybody.

My experience with Hector Ramos was great with very smooth transitions. He helped me find my first car in 2014 as well he made sure everything worked perfectly in the car. I would totally recommend buying a vehicle at Bighorn Toyota in Glenwood Spring. I few days ago (08/15/16) I went to buy my second car and I got the opportunity to talk to Hector Ramos again. He answer all my question about the vehicle that I was buying. It was an awesome experience Hector is a good guy when it comes across in his dealings. He is the reason I came back for a 2nd time because I know that he can help me out to find the right car for me. Also I recommend Hector because he is bilingual, he can answer your question in Spanish or English.
