Service a little slow but they were super busy. Great interaction but 106 bucks for a synthetic oil change is a little much. Will probably explore options.

Sales consultant was Dana Gibbs. Could not have found a finer gentleman to assist me. He was efficient, patient & well informed. The business was not pushy in the least. I've been to other dealerships where you're attacked when your feet hit the parking lot. Not here. Personnel were polite & efficient. I would recommend family & friends to Stapp Interstate Toyota...and to look for Mr Gibbs.

I had to call to find out that my truck was complete.

Never heard from anyone at dealer from time I dropped to the phone call I made when I was informed it was done. Left two messages and no return call. Also, one of my concerns was a Bluetooth system that was causing the person calling me to get an echo of themselves. Same problem was present when I left the dealer and made the first call.

The people here are very nice and kind. They listen to issues and are willing to fix them. I bought a car from them and they were very helpful. The only thing that they weren’t able to do was get me the car in a timely manner. I put a down payment on the car, and it took them 15 days from that day to get me the car. I personally am not bothered by it, but I know that some people would be considering they said they could get it in five. The car is in good condition and I didn’t expect anything less. Thank you

I was very happy with the service I received last weekend. As opposed to having to wait at least 3 weeks for my 5K routine service at another dealer I was able to get an appointment the next day. I was very well taken care of.

Waste of time and energy

Brought my vehicle to Stapp service department 3 separate times for squeaking/rattling from front of engine. Time 1 replaced passenger side idler. Noise returned, time 2 was told that noise couldn’t be found. Time 3 replaced vacuum pump, brought vehicle home and noise still coming from front of engine. Advised service coordinator all 3 times that drivers idler was making the noise. Wouldn’t bring my vehicle back for an oil change, much less purchase. Service department is dismal at best

Recall Repair

Took my car in for a recall servicing, it was quick enough and easy after I set up an appointment. The loss of stars comes from the fact that less than 24 hours later and less than 100miles later my check engine light and trac off light illuminated on my dash.
Stapp Toyota - Grant Experience

Leased a new RAV 4 2019 because my old lease (Highlander 2016) was over. Had to give a lot more for a down payment than I wanted to keep the monthly payments low but everything worked out fine.

No appointment, but cared for quickly

I have been experiencing problems with my headlights flickering. (2007 Solara) We have ordered new HID bulbs, which are due to be installed on 10/11. Toyota got me in and out in about two hours, even though I showed up without an appointment on 10/4.

Good service, on time

My appointment was at 4:30 and I fully expected to leave the dealership at 6. Imagine my surprise when I walked out of there at 5:20. They were efficient and respectful from the time I arrived to the time I was notified that my car was ready.
