Fair and easy process

Buying from The Denver Collection was a very straightforward and fair process. Chris let us take our time to check out the Ford truck we purchased. We felt absolutely no pressure during the process. He let us take it for a test drive and was very patient while we asked a bunch of questions. We felt that he was very open and honest and did not try to push us one way or the other. He listened very well and answered all our questions, which was important to us. When it came time to work out the price, there were no extra fees or any B.S. "The price is the price". This is the best car purchase experience we have had. The transaction took about 40 minutes (only because we took our time reading everything). Chris was very organized and walked us through the paperwork very efficiently. He will advocate for his customers if there are any issues with the paperwork, which gave us a lot of comfort. I wish all my car purchasing experiences were this easy! We have mentioned the Denver Collection to our friends and neighbors and we will certainly start here the next time we need to buy a car. Very disappointed

I purchased a BMW from Denver Collection last year. Buyer beware. The car had major oil leaks and has cost me $6,000 to repair within one year. My take-away is that Denver Collection does not inspect cars before selling them.

I pickup was exceptional as they accidentally gave me $5k off the price. Leading up they answered questions as well as they could. I paid full price and I'm perfectly happy. Do your homework and you can find a good deal here. I would recommend. Thanks guys!

I traded in My Lexus Three weeks ago and purchased an Acura from them, they have yet to pay off loan with my bank. This is very unprofessional and not what would expect. I'm still making payments on the Lexus while they have it listed for sale at their dealership to protect my credit. I would not recommend this dealership as a result
