Best dealership ever!

Every single interaction we have had with the people at Rickenbaugh (for 12 yrs. now), in both sales and service covering 3 vehicles, has been top notch! Terrific service, great people, fair prices, convenient location, great shuttle service to/from downtown. You can tell that they are treating you like they would want to be greated. What more could a person wish for?

We traveled over 300 miles to look at Cadillacs. The first dealer we stopped at was Rickenbaugh. The dealership isn't marked well as were you go or park to look at vehicles. We walked into a door upstairs in room with 2 Cadillac's in it. A sales person said he could not help us because he was with Volvo. He sent us to the shop were we meet the shop supervisor who was very nice. He took us thru a maze and down stairs to the Cadillac show room. He introduced us to a salesman and as soon as he left the salesman said he didn't have time to work with us (we were dressed in jeans and t-shirts) and said he would have someone else help us. Another salesperson showed up after a bit, struggled with questions that were asked and then told us to take a look around and left. The cars are stuffed in what appears to be an old garage. There isn't room to look at the cars and open all of the doors. We were at the dealer less than 30 minutes and walked out. We did decide to try another dealer in the area. We had a great experience with them and leased a CTS from them.
