I’ve been bringing my car for service to Mile High Acura since moving here in 2016 and have now just purchased a new RDX. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service here among all of the departments from service to sales. They never drop the ball and go above and beyond to ensure you’re taken care of.

Matt was amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional. He was patient with us and answered all of our questions. He actually made buying a car enjoyable. He worked with us to get the best deal for our trade and got us into a car that we love. He walked us through all of the features of the our new A-spec TLX, and we needed it! Matt raises the bar for other people working in sales. We will be back when the S-type is available and will purchasing it from Matt.

Matt Heintz professionalism and knowledge is AWESOME

Matt always goes above and beyond with explaining what's new or has changed on the new vehicles. He also sets everything up exactly how we want it and even though we maybe a little crazy about things he has the patience for it all. It is very nice that he treats us with such respect and his professionalism it top notch. He always has a couple ideas for us and cars already up and ready to go before we even get there. We've been part of the Acura family for at least 15 years and can't find ourselves going anywhere else. Thank you Matt.

We completed the purchased an Acura RDX on New Year's Eve 2019. Our Sales Advisor, Matthew Heintz, was patient as we took several weeks to ask questions, do research, then ask more questions. Through it all, Matthew was thorough and transparent, giving us his undivided time and attention whenever we called or dropped by. Needless to say, we are ecstatic and are having an amazing driving experience.

We purchased a 2019 ILX with the exceptional help of Matt Heintz. We had been car shopping all day and the staff at Mile High didn’t waste our time...they cut straight to the bottom line and made it extremely apparent they wanted our business. Matt and his team had us in and out in under 30 minutes. Hard to say about any other dealership. Highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle here!

I have been remiss in submitting this review. In July 2017, I entered the dealership, Mile High Acura, and met with Matthew Heinz. Everyone knows buying a car can be time-consuming uncomfortable. Mr. Heinz made the process a pleasant experience. He basically interviewed me to determine what I was wanting and what I needed. As I signed the paperwork to complete the transaction, it occurred to me how wonderful it was to trust the salesman. I felt complete faith and trust in what I had done. Mr. Heinz then took me to meet the various individuals who I would encounter as I enjoyed the ownership of the new Acura. Within a month of owning the MDX, my feelings about the car became more deep. I knew Acura would have me as a customer/owner for the foreseeable future! Additionally, I knew Matt Heinz will be the man with whom I work to always have the car I am pleased to own/drive. As part of the introductions, I met with Mark Jarvis who would become my service advisor. Mark has been so accommodating when I brought the car in for the oil change. Even when I was confused about how to operate certain features, Mark took time to be certain I understood the intricacies of ownership. There is absolutely no reason to shop elsewhere! I recently was talking to a colleague about the purchase. I said, If I was out-of-state and looking to purchase an Acura, I would make it a point to get to Denver and work with Mile High Acura. I have never had such a pleasant, easy-going experience as I did with Mile High Acura, Matt Heinz and Mark Jarvis!

Fantastic Buying and Leasing Experience

I worked with Matt Heinz at Mile High Acura the last two times I upgraded vehicles. Most recently with a lease on a new Acura RDX, and previously with the purchase of a Certified Pre-Owned Acura TL. Both experiences were painless and straightforward, and I left the dealership each time feeling like I got the best deal available for what I was looking for. Matt is very patient and great to work with. He answers all questions honestly and doesnt rely on a hard sell or unnecessary pressure to close a deal. Its clear he cares about his customers satisfaction with their purchase and aims to build relationships for years to come, not just for a one-time transaction. I recommend Matt and the rest of the staff at Mile High Acura without hesitation. I will undoubtedly return when its time for my next upgrade.

We've purchased 2 cars since May 2015. Both times I called Matthew to make an appointment. He was able to meet with me at my convenience. I gave him my budget and what I was looking for. He researched ahead of time in order to save time and had several options which met our needs. Dealer Fees

Another dealer with bogus "Dealer Fees" - $469 in this case. These fees are nothing more than a blatant extra profit grab and smack of bait and switch. Also intended to cheat the salesman out of commissions (only paid on sales price, not fees). Why anyone stands for this is a mystery to me. Folks leaving glowing reports either paid waaaaaaaay too much or are shills.

Very Positive Experience

This was my second time around with Mile High Acura. Matthew Heintz was our first salesman in 2013, and a week ago, he took care of us a second time. He is very knowlegeable of the cars, very personable, and a joy to work with! He takes the time you need to make sure you are happy and comfortable in knowing how to operate these new cars before you leave the lot. I would highly recommend Matt Heintz as a super young man to get you the car that fits your wants and needs...also, thank you Erik Traeber, the Sales Manager, for understanding the situation I was in and doing his best to make sure I was a "satisfied customer". When they say "we" are their #1 priority, my experience is proof of that.....also, a "great" thank you to David Meltzer, the Service Manager! I had some issues with my 1st Acura MDX, and I cannot begin to express my gratitude to David for going the extra mile for me! He is a great person, a man of integrity, very dependable, and a very passionate man who wants to satisfy the people who walk in that door with an issue. I applaud you, David, and thank you so much! So, thank you to all who helped me get my new 2015 Acura MDX and come away with nothing but "thank you's" for Matt, Erik, and David! I am loving it!!!!!
