The best car buying experience I've had. Excellent, knowledgeable staff. Friendly, no pressure sales. Explained all I needed to know about my new Cadillac and the electronics. Definitely the car buying experience you want to have.

A fairly painless experience. Jerry Sparks (salesman) is very knowledgable and helpful. Sales Manager (Joel DeFazio) screws you on trade in so better to sell your trade yourself. NADA/Kelly Blue Books mean nothing to him, to the point of being insulting to the purchaser. Be smart and go in with the cash not a trade.
