The sales representative (Jim Hilger) gave us incorrect information on the warranty coverage. It was not factory bumper to bumper as he told us. This could have cost us 100's or thousands of dollars more if we had taken his word.We wonder what else they would have lied to us about if we had gone through with the deal. PAUL

My husband I went into Phil Long Ford to purchase a new MKC. We were treated well from the being to the end of our purchase. It also gave us time to browse a little and we ended up purchasing two vehicles. Would recommend Phil Long Ford to all our friends.

The two people who worked with us, Angel and Joey were both knowledgeable and friendly. We hate pushy sales people, had left 3 other dealerships the week prior due to pushy sales associates, it was a pleasure to work with the Phil Long crew, especially Joey and Angel. will be recommending them and your dealership to anyone I know who is looking for a car

I'm extremely happy with the service I received while buying my new (gently used) Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. While the service was good in general, we were especially impressed by Jim, who walked us through the whole process and kept us laughing the whole time. The GM Mark and his pup Cruz were so nice and accommodating, especially when we brought our pup. Jeff at Lincoln was a fabulous salesman. Logan in financing was great as well. He got me a great interest rate and a discount on a warranty, while keeping me entertained during what has the potential to be a long and torturous day.

This was my first car buying experience and Tracy Hall made it easy and fabulous! She helped me with all my ridiculous questions and made me feel extremely comfortable! I love my MKX ...I wasn't sure if it was the one until I drove it! It's super comfortable, stylish, and had everything I wanted on my checklist! Thanks Tracy and Phil Long staff!

My husband & I drove from Albuquerque to purchase a 2015 MKZ from Phil Long Lincoln because of their affiliation with Costco. Robert Strange is an exceptional salesman. He is diligent, professional, and surprisingly laid back - so refreshing! I was a little concerned about buying out-of state but didn't need to be because Robert ensured that all went smoothly. The experience we had with all of the sales, management and financial folks at Phil Long makes it easy for me to recommend this dealership. Plus I love my MKZ!

I took my wife to look at the new MKZ. We were impressed with the no pressure atmosphere there and Robert Strange was very kind and helpful to us. Just so happened they had the exact car I was looking for but in the last year model (14'). They worked hard and bent over backward to accommodate me and the offer I placed on the car. I am a happy new owner of an MKZ and am very satisfied with the professional, yet laid back service Robert Strange and Jeff provided me. I would HIGHLY recommend visiting Phil Long Lincoln for your next test drive! I do not have a single complaint about this place.

We found the Dealership; the Sales Manager, Jeff Bentley; and the salesman, Terry Albrecht great to work with. We wanted a 2015 Navigator which haven't yet been totally distributed to the Dealers. Jeff's efforts were note worthy in finding the exact vehicle we wanted and arrange for shipping to Colorado. Terry was extremely attentive to our needs and made our purchase pleasurable. Also of note: Phil Long has a Corporate Quality Assurance Department that followed up on each of our visits thus ensuring we were happy with their service and our purchase. In all: I give them a tip of my hat for a great experience. Dennis

I had the pleasure of having Hawaian Bill for my sales person. He was courteous, honest, intelligent,knowledgeable, serving,efficient. I have never had such a good car buying experience. I would follow Bill to whatever Lincoln dealer he was employed with. Its my opinion that he should be the second in command there. He was much more agreeable than the person they have.
