Won’t Return Deposit - Never Contacted for Bronco

I ordered a bronco never received the car or communication from Phil Long Chapel Hills I posted a review they immediately contacted me crying so I removed. Im fight back where i started - they won’t return calls / emails - they wont refund my deposit as Ford Corporate said they should - neighbor just purchased a new bronco 12k over MSRP paid 62k not loaded - 300 miles it needs a new engine which is crazy because it’s the Ford 160 engine - This dealership will lie through their teeth to generate business - no ethics no values no morals - it’s impossible to reach their executive offices. Don’t buy at the dealership commissioned bottom feeders - definitely don’t buy a bronco they’ve got major mechanical problems engines roofs hoods don’t close etc - overpriced … I’m glad I didn’t get my bronco but I want my deposit returned !!
Navigation System does not work

I bought a brand new 2017 Ford Explorer at this dealership in November of 2017. Ford had not put navigation on the car at the factory so this dealership added the OEM part before putting it on the lot to sell it. The navigation system has worked a total of 3 months since we bought the car. We have left the car at the dealership twice to have it repaired or replaced. It still doesn't work. Zack in the dealership accessories department said I would have to get it fixed through the vendor in Denver if I have any further problems. I filed a complaint with The Better Business Bureau and was told that Ford would not warrant the Navigation System because it was not installed at the Factory. It was installed at the dealership before being put on the lot for sale. I called Ford in Dearborn and was told that the system was a 1 year subscription and that that is why it doesn't work. The sticker on the window said that the added OEM Navigation System added $1,599 to the price of the car. So I have a loss of $1,599. I would never have bought the car in the first place if it didn’t have Navigation. So this is a bait and switch. I am done buying Fords. My late father was a Ford Executive in Dearborn so I have always bought Fords. I have purchased 9 new vehicles at Phil Long Ford at Chapel Hills in the last 25 years. I will buy a Jeep, Toyota or another make next time.

I have to say i had a lot of questions Kyle was our dealer and was fun answered all our questions and Heather was straight up with how much down and where we wanted to be with monthly payments it was an enjoyable time very patient with us as well

Eric was great! Respected our time and requirements. Very knowledgeable. He made the experience a positive one. Never felt the "sleeze factor" we sometimes feel at car dealerships. Grain was also super!

I liked that I was able to feel comfortable. No one was really pushy or rude. Everyone was really nice and didn't talk down to me. I really enjoyed the fact that I was put at ease, as much as possible considering me in the situation.

I have dealt exclusively with Phil Long Ford for the past 15 years and this is my 5th vehicle purchase. As always, I feel absolutely no pressure and the sales person is always knowledgeable and helpful. On this occasion, Brandon proved to be an excellent young salesman and we thoroughly enjoyed working with him. Mr. Townsend can be very proud of this young man.

Cant say enough good things of these fine sales people. They are an asset to your company. Also a very special thank you to TD Townsend for all his great help and also Calab. This was my 2nd great lease experience from Phil Long Ford. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly & helpful, from my salesman, Hunter Tyo, Manager, T.D. Townsend, Finance Mgrs, Sonny C & Chris. Anna, Seth, Orlando & other sales people were very nice & sympathetic. My Mom passed away just a few days before, my lease needed to be turned in & I had a bad sinus infection. Everyone made this experience easy for me.
