Gone after the sal

Once they made the sale, we were forgotten about. Moreover, we were ignored. Still to this day. Disgusting sales tactics, service department with no tact. Thanks Phil Long Ford for correcting peak kia colorado springs blatant dirty sales/service deflections. And . . . . . it cost us nothing!

Rude sales

Gimmicky with the lawn mowers on new sales and Jeff was not nice, included extra doc fee, higher tax rate, and lied about Phil long being 200 dollars higher on dealer handling. Went to Phil Long Motor City instead and had a great purchase today. Buyer beware of Pikes Peak Kia....

Great experience buying a tremendous car at Peak Kia. I love my Kia Stinger GT2. It had great reviews, and car has exceeded my expectations! The driving experience, fit, finish, and quality is up there with BMW and Audi and you get much much more for your money. Taylor made the purchasing and finance experience extremely quick and easy! A please to work with!

Worst dealership ever

We bought a car from Peak Kia and returned it in less than 24 business hours due when you got the car up to 65 mph it started shaking uncontrollably. We asked to see a different car. The new car was much better and also cost less. First car cost $21600 and they had to add $1500 that we still owed on our trade in so that made it a total of $23100. The new car cost $15995 and when you add the $1500 it would cost $17495. Peak Kia did not want to lose the commission from the first car so they changed the price on the new car to $21000. They refused to correct anything and when we turned them into the BBB, they lied about everything. I have all the written paperwork if anyone wants to see written proof of how they lie and steal from their customers. The owner knows all about this and he also does not care. It also took Peak Kia 4 weeks to pay off our trade in. I had to call them several times due to getting phone calls from the lien holder asking for payment that was late. Peak Kia finally FedEx a check to the lien holder. They left me a voice message that they sold my trade in but needed my signature to transfer the title. I have not given them my signature so they forged it so they could get the title transferred. Do you want to deal with a company with these kinds of business practices?

When you want and/or need a new or used car, Peak Kia of Chapel Hills is where you want to go! I just bought a nearly new used Kia, with the extremely helpful and knowledgeable sales consultant CALE! He was wonderful! The entire staff was also extremely kind, and the entire experience was STRESS FREE!! No pushy sales tactics, just good old fashioned straight forward honesty! A rare commodity these days! So when you are needing a new or used vehicle, take my advice, go see Cale at Peak Kia at Chapel Hills!!
