His mamager was nice and even the woman in finance was great. They didnt hide anything or try and tricks . process took 2 hours or less from when I got to the dealership . thank you

Purchase was a nightmare. They talked me into signing the paperwork before my car got there. Everything went wrong. Got delivered with a hole in the cooling system so I had to wait a week to finally get my car. Had to call daily because noone ever updated me on the status. The day it was finally ready they only had 1 key. Said they couldnt find the 2nd key so I had to wait another week for my 2nd key. Got home with my brand new VW Atlas and found scratches in the clearcoat! everywhere! One of the managers told me “its a black car. Its normal)” Brought the car back 2 times so they could take care of the scratches. Picked it up last week. Still looks horrible. Same manager said “that's as good as it gets”

Nothing short of amazing. From the test drive to getting my car appraised, financed, and being given the keys. Everything went smooth. I felt like a VIP. Top class service all the way! This Dealership runs like a fine tuned machine! Their seamless service blew me away! Everybody needs to experience this kind of service. It's World Class!
