I was skeptical about going through the whole car buying experience again after loosing my car to an accident but I found the one I wanted and contacted Mike Maroone in CO Springs. Ken took care of everything and made sure I was the one to drive off the lot with my car. All the staff was absolutely amazing and made the whole experience great! Took maybe 45 mins to go through everything.

Hands down... start to finish - the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. Down to earth ,honest, easy walkthrough with paperwork. In and out in less than three hours and that included the test drive and talking before we decided to do it. Who is the best sales guy ever? Bill Deegan!

We have been having our car serviced at this dealership for 15 years. Out service technician is phenomenal but the service manager continually nickels and dimes the customers. The latest is charging a 3% fee for using a credit card. I think that was the the last straw and that we will be servicing our car somewhere else.

I took my car in for an oil change on a Friday afternoon which is normally a low customer volume time. Today it was jam-packed. I was told that it would be about an hour and a half wait. To my surprise, the car was ready in fifty minutes

Purchasing a pre-owned vehicle at Mike Maroone Honda was actually an enjoyable experience and quite easy. Rick D, the sales advisor was very friendly and down to earth. There was no pressure. Rick was very patient and helpful, assisting my daughter with her first vehicle purchase. He simply wanted to help her be confident in this "learning curve" experience. Josh,the sales manager, was equally friendly and interested in meeting our needs, taking significant time to visit and demonstrate his respect for us, the customers. He and Rick were both supportive of the learning experience this was for my daughter. Upon discovering a needed repair within a day after our purchase, Rick and Josh both responded to promptly have the repair taken care of without any charges. This kind of service exemplifies the values of this dealership and these individuals. Hannah S, the Service advisor made sure we were well taken care of through the repair process, communicating with us promptly and often. I would highly recommend this dealership for a used or new purchase.
