Chris Kliner was an outstanding salesman. He did everything he could to get us into our Honda. We were able to look at cars at all three locations. Chris was with us the entire time and worked hard to find a car that was within our budget. Chris even came in on his day off so we could finalize the paperwork and drive it home that day. Additionally the manager, Jacob Hunter was very transparent about all the details of the financing. I would buy another car from Lakeside Auto Brokers!

Bare and switch

These guys seem to do the classic bait and switch. I searched cars on their website and then went in to look at them in person. When I asked a sales person about it he said those cars weren’t for sale. So they list these cheap cars to get you in and then tell you that they’re not for sale. Oh well. There’s better dealerships out there.

Excellent service at the Razorback location in Colorado Springs

My son was told by his supervisor to go to the Razorback location because he was interested in purchasing a vehicle for the first time he asked me to go with him just for support but I have to say I honestly didn’t need to be there between Jake up and Mark they handled him like he was just part of their family I would recommend this dealership to any parents who is looking for their child to purchase their first vehicle because the service there was just outstanding .

Amazing customer service

This place has amazing customer service . From the time we walked in we were helped any questions we asked were honestly answered . We really appreciate both mark and Jacob . They were very deligent about answering our questions and getting us in a vehicle that we really enjoy with reasonable pricing .

I would be very wary of purchasing from this dealer. I’m sure there have been plenty of folks with satisfactory results, but it seems if someone has an issue the dealership has little or no concern regarding that. They would not even acknowledge a well written and fair email attempting to address a problem which their mechanics should have caught before the vehicle hit the lot. I now have serious doubts if their warranty is of any value to me. Simply put; 0 trust, 0 confidence, their business ethics reflect very poorly from my experience.
