Never again.

So first of all, I rarely write reviews, but I thought that this was definitely warranted. I found a listing online for a used SUV, it wasn't quite like the other vehicles this dealer seems to handle and was a little above my price range. When I checked the listing the next day the price had dropped about $500 from what it was the day before, but when I asked about the price they quoted me the higher price. Unfortunately I had totaled my vehicle a few weeks earlier and wasn't really in a position to negotiate. Even when noting a few damages to the vehicle they didn't lower the price to KBB values, or anywhere near. I bought the vehicle during the COVID-19 pandemic, none of the employees wore masks, no hand sanitizer was available for use on site. When I showed up to do the test drive they left me waiting for about 10 minutes before anyone approached me, no other customers around, one employee in the office. When I went to pay for the vehicle my wife and I were left waiting in the office for about 30 minutes before we were able to start paperwork, we had made an appointment for a specific time to do this the day before and had received confirmation. After purchasing the vehicle I was told that they would notify me when the title was ready once my check cleared. Never got a call, they apparently ended up mailing it, which took a few weeks to get to me. Worst part, when I got to the DMV to pay for my plates I was told that I owed hundreds of dollars in city taxes that weren't collected at the dealership since they were in a different city that I live in. They failed to inform me of this so my already stretched finances were stretched yet again. Definitely won't be doing business with them again. Would definitely recommend searching elsewhere if you have the time.

The customer service and responsiveness was top-notch. Steve and Kristian were so helpful and respectful. As a woman purchasing a car on my own, I felt listened to and never taken advantage of with the price. I would highly recommend this dealership to buy a used, luxury car!
