Faricy Ford Lincoln

Being a single woman went to Faircy Ford looking to trade my car in for one with lower payments. I was met by Steve M. Salesman of the year, I'm sure. For starters he lied to me about the value of my trade in. I got about 4K below what the trade in value was. I know, I should have done my homework and found out what it was worth. Then after agreeing to buy a car from them the lies began. I found out AFTER I bougth their car that the 30 warranty is nothing more than lip service. Mr. M. told me that the warranty would cover whatever is wrong with the car. Well, No it doesn't. The catch is it will cover "IF SOMETHING BREAKS" within the first 30 days or 3000 miles. Not the noise from the breaks and tires, or the oil leak, all that is tuff luck. The bottom line, is he sold me a bunch of bull and lied through his teeth doing it. I know now that a woman should never go to that dealership alone unless she is a certified mechanic. I really made a mistake going there. I'll never ever go back to them again and I make sure now that anytime someone is looking for a car I tell them about my experience. It's a shame that he took advantage of a elderly woman. If my husband would have been there he'd seen right through all the lies. Shame on you M.!
