onWe were very impressed with Brighton Ford. They were forthright, there was no hounding, no pressure, just a very relaxed and easy experience. Also, it took far less time to purchase our vehicle at Brighton Ford than it did just looking at and test driving a vehicle at anothe dealership in town. onAfter having a horrible experience at another dealership I was not looking forward to dealing with anybody. This dealership was amazing. They worked around my busy schedule and made the deal I asked for. They were quick, organized, and friendly. Frank Malpica was the sales associate I primarily worked with. I will be contacting him and Brighton Ford again the next time I am in need of a vehicle.

Fastest we ever purchased a vehicle

onIt went very well and quick. I told them that I didn't care what the numbers were as long as our payment was a certain amount. From arrival to test drive to signing papers to driving away was about two and half hours.

Worse dealer ever

onDo not buy a car from them.They do not work with you or for you.No Return phone calls.They just want you to disappear especially internet sales.I been hanging for over 5 days and nothing.They expect you to know when people are working.Terrible place to deal with and management worthless also.Never met people like that who dosen't want to do business with you.Or help you period.Shame on you Brighton Ford.Will never send you any business.Run away as fast as you can from this dealer.

onI just bought my second car from Marc and Maynard. I wouldn't buy a car from anyone else. They are very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable through the buying process. What a joke

onI know buying a used car isn't supposed to be a walk in the park, but this dealership makes it a nightmare. I went in very interested in a pre-owned SUV and was all ready to start negotiating with the dealer on the price (which was close to 20,000). Now I had done my research on trade-in value and what other cars have sold for and I had a price in mind which was obviously lower than the listing price. I wanted to come to a comfortable agreement by negotiating, which I have done with all my other cars I have purchased. You start low and come to an agreement somewhere in the middle, both sides are happy. This dealership didnt even give me a chance I told them my starting price of $17,000 and after having me sit there for about 30 minutes they came back and told me this wasnt the car for me and said they would off me three hundred less for the car. I was insulted by the offer but even more that I wasnt even given a chance and they were basically kicking me out the door. Buying a car is a big purchase and a lot of money I dont want to be taken advantage of but I would assume that I would be treated with a little ounce of respect and decency! DO NOT go to Brighton Ford they are obviously not in the business of selling cars.

Good Sales Experience

onFirst dealt with Frank in Internet Sales about the 2009 Ford Fusion SE V6 I was looking to buy and my price range and I was going to pay cash. He said he would call me back in a few days to see if I was still interested. He called me back and first informed me the car I was interested in was sold to someone else. He then called me back and said the financing fell through and that I could come in to test drive the vehicle. He was very friendly and informative on the phone. I went in to test drive 2 used Fusions SEs, the 2009 V6 and the 2010 V4. I worked with Gene and told him I was going to pay cash and the 'out the door' price I wanted. He worked up some numbers and went to the Sales Mgr once, and came back with a price within $300 of what I wanted to pay and I agreed. No further haggling needed. Also helped I knew what I wanted to pay and was paying cash for the vehicle.
