INFINITI of Thousand Oaks
Customer Reviews of INFINITI of Thousand Oaks
Excellent Purchase Experience!!
by 12/24/2021
onThis was my 2nd vehicle purchased from Infiniti Of Thousand Oaks. They worked phenomenally with me, and it was the quickest deal that I ever closed on an automobile, and for the 2nd time. David assisted me with my trade-in, and Cristian with my financing. Everyone that I met throughout the process cared that I didn't feel pressured, answered all of my questions and were extremely informative. I know that a lot of behind the scenes activity goes on during these transactions. Therefore, I would like to express my appreciation to everyone that was involved in mine, all the way up to the highest management personnel. I also look forward to having my new QX50 serviced with Infiniti Of Thousand Oaks, and look forward to again seeing the contacts that I've made.
Thanks Infinity of Thousand Oaks

onThank You Infinity of Thousand Oaks. Your team was professional and compassionate in understanding my needs in the process of leasing my QX 50. Starting with Internet Manager Dennis, his associate, Brandon, Manager Drew and Finance Manager Joe, the journey for obtaining my automobile was outstanding!

Best dealership!!!
by 07/23/2020
onBest dealership ever!!!! Fidel turned the experience of leasing a new car to a fun easy experience, especially under my unique circumstances..... someone had crashed into my old car 1 day before the lease was up and I had to get it fixed quickly without having to extend the lease for another month.... not only did Fidel give me the best rates for a new car, he complete took care of the rerun of my old as well..... Fidel and the supervisor were extremely professional and very courteous..., and even funny!!! Would highly recommend this branch over any other!!!

New car lease was a breeze!
by 10/23/2018
onI just leased a new QX50 from Infiniti of Thousand Oaks, and the experience could not have been smoother and enjoyable. My salesperson, Mickey, made the entire experience quick, easy and painless- he worked hard and obtained for me the exact vehicle I wanted (he had is shipped from Scottsdale) and the financing went smoothly, as well. Everyone at Infiniti of T.O. was helpful, very nice and I will recommend them to all my family and friends because the experience could not have been any better!

Second Time around
by 09/11/2017
onI just purchased my second Infiniti from INFINITI of Thousand Oaks! Even a decade later, their wonderful service stood out in my memory, and led me back! No second thoughts, no shopping around, I returned with no questions or doubts in my mind! Sandy (Sales Manager), Dylan (Finance Manager), and Lee (Used Car Manager) are phenomenal! I felt I was dealing with family, instead of the typical experience with most Car Dealership Lot Sharks. They made sure I was comfortable and it was clear they had my best interest at heart, rather than just focusing on making a sale. No hassles, no pressure, just quality customer service and tears of joy! They went over and beyond to get me into the car of my dreams! Lee was a Miracle Worker with my joloppy (not an INFINITI) of a trade-in. Sandy and Dylan are Super Stars and made it possible for me to drive off satisfied and with no regrets!

Sam Weynand
by 04/02/2017
onIn shopping for a car recently we ran across the nicest sales person we've ever met. His name is Sam Weynand. We fell in love with a QX60 but, unfortunately for Sam, we decided that it was just too big for us old seniors. Our neighbor happened to be selling a 2 year old RDX so we purchased that instead. But Sam was absolutely wonderful and I'd strongly recommend asking for him or calling ahead for an appointment with him if you're considering a beautiful Infiniti.

True Car Salesmen
by 09/07/2013
onComplete and total rip off. Be careful if you are a woman. Bait and switch. They condone it. Infiniti is a great brand - the management at this dealership should be looked at by the authorities. Underhanded and slick. Try Van Nuys or any other dealership. Donna is one of the boys and I have no respect for her. The Finance Director will tell you of his wife woes as he is literally [non-permissible content removed]!

Got Jerked Around on the Price
by 11/19/2011
onI had a fixed price agreed upon with the salesman for a specific vehicle. It was unambiguous. I gave the salesman a deposit and waited for the vehicle to arrive off the ship, which it did a few weeks later. When I came in to purchase it, notwithstanding our agreement, the salesman started playing games with me by going back and forth to the sales manager. I finally told him that I wasn't negotiating and that if he didn't honor the price that we agreed upon I was walking out. I actually could have purchased the car from Parkway Infiniti in Valencia for less money but Infiniti of TO is closer to where I live so I decided to spend the extra few hundred dollars and buy the car from Infiniti of TO. I purchased the car but they slipped in a $99 charge for wheel locks that I didn't want (and that we didn't discuss). I was so anxious to get out of there that I just paid it. I can't recommend these guys.

same old cliche bait and switch
by 10/12/2011
onThe reduced price was confirmed and accepted on phone call prior to visit if bought that night. Sales man (Brad) then claimed after I drove the car and wanted to buy it , that he needed to get his managers approval. The manager (Dean) could be heard yelling at sales man that he couldn't sale the car for that price. I was just a game for them and a waste of my time. I walked after Brad came back with three counter offers all higher than agreed price.

An excellent experience
by 09/23/2011
onI can't recommend this dealer enough. Dennis, the Internet/fleet manager was excellent. Straightforward, honest, and clearly had our best interest in mind. After we had agreed on everything, we went to see the Finance Manager. I tensed up, because this is where things always go south - they oversell, tack on fees, and otherwise try and make it confusing to you. Not so here! The finance guy was great too, and we met the dealership general manager and she was excellent and enthusiastic. Highly recommend this dealership, even if it is a bit of a drive for you.

Great dealership
by 04/04/2008
onI leased a g35 from these guys in 2006 - I had organized all the details with them before hand, and when I went in to sign the papers and get the car everything was as expected. I got my car quickly and without any hassles.

Who gave this dealer the awards they claim to have??
by 12/14/2007
onLast Jan. I bought a used G35 coupe from these guys, the salesman was extremely snooty and was appalled when I tried to deal a little, basically treating me like I did not deserve an Infiniti!. Then the car was delivered with overspray on the inside and the outside! When I brought this up to the salesman, He ignored me and my complaint dismissed as trivial. (I used to own a body shop and know how to detail a car the right way so I did not pursue the issue, I rubbed the car out my self, but still trying to clean inside) When I brought the car in for the first service (Just an oil change) they also did a wash and spray some tire shine spray, what happened was the spray tire shine got all over the wheels and stained the paint on my wheels,(funny how I was the only one to notice until I pointed it out!) they said the wheels needed to be resprayed, I told them that the silver had not been sealed and that's why the paint was stained in the first place. They wanted the people who had touched up the wheels the first time to do it over and they assured me that the wheels would be sealed, I reluctantly accepted. Left the car, they had it for a day, the morons who re-shot the wheels did a horrific job, looked like they were painted with a mop!!! Then I also noticed the mileage had an extra 26 miles on the car from when I dropped it off!!!! Turns out the wheel paint guys took my car into the local canyons and had fun thrashing!, my wife who works near the dealer saw the clowns driving my car like crazy(She got the plate #). In the end, after calling and calling the used car sales manager, he finally succumbed (as did I) just to resolve this matter and got me a set of chrome wheels of which I still had to pay a dicounted price (I should'nt have paid anything). I preferred the satin silver, but wanted to get away from these idiots before they ruined something else! I will not go to them for anything ever. I will be buying a new Infiniti soon (and will keep this one, the car is incredible) but not from Infiniti TO! I guess I was spoiled by the Lexus dealer (Vista) when I had my old car serviced there. Infiniti should really take a long hard look at how Lexus treats their customers, you don't mind paying a little extra when you're treated with respect. I would have bought a Lexus if they had what I wanted (A coupe that can seat 4)

Great Experience
by 10/02/2007
onBought a 2004 G35 from them new. I went through a buying service that sent me through the Fleet/Internet department. Dennis and Luciano were straight up with me - no games or other bs. Showed me the dealer invoice, the dealer incentives, and then gave me a great price. From test drive to driving out of the dealership took about 2 hours. Even the finance guy didn't try to up sell me. Everyone was friendly and professional. After my experience at Steve Thomas BMW it was refreshing to do business with nice people. I would definitely buy from them again. The service department has also been good - expensive, but they give you a loaner no problem. When I bought aftermarket brakes Matt really worked with me to get a good price. Again everyone is nice and professional - highly recommended.

Shoot from the hip no BS type salesman
by 09/06/2007
onI actually got a G35 coupe last year from Thousand Oaks. This facility is actually about 50 miles from where I live but their service and salesmanship were so on point that I made the trip out. The sales and finance guys did not [violative content removed] me and did not talk to me like I didn't know how the normal car sales game operates. Their finance guys worked hard to get me the best rate possible. It's easy to compare the service when you call other dealerships in the same relative area and obtain pricing etc. These guys are so committed to keeping my service that they are actually working with me right now to lease a new car from them. They are offering to do the majority of our paperwork over the phone, then also pick up my lease return and drop off the new car at my office or home. Now that is what I call service!
