Didn’t try to find the problem

My rep was great- the actual technicians on the other hand were lazy. I explained my experience and asked them to drive the car so they could feel what I felt. They said they did, though the mileage was the exact same in and out. I then took it to a local place in Glendora where they told me there was junk all over my transmission that they should’ve seen and washed off and that the brackets holding my transmission were broken and the transmission itself was sitting 6 inches off where it should be because of this! Why didn’t they see that?

I had the diagnostic report from OnStar describing the reason for the check engine light on my Saturn Outlook. Reynolds Buick confirmed the problem with the purge valve and gave a reasonable price to correct it.

I was picked up, the work was don great, the car was cleaned, I was picked up at my home, the staff was the best. I was very happy, with them, and Love our car, that we bought there, in 2014. Honest, Efficient, and Courteous service! What more can you ask for? I bought my 2004 GMC Sierra 11 years ago and have been going back for service ever since. Only has 55,ooo.oo miles on it, runs and looks like a charm. Still getting compliments on it.

I called in advance to make an appointment. Although the fleet manager, Rudy Knobloch was not available he made sure that I was greeted by one of the associates on the first day. Rachel was very professional and pleasant to work with. Mr. Knobloch picked me up from my home and took me to the dealership on his way into work the next day. I made the purchase that day. It was painless, pressure free, and timely. Thank you.
